I got screwed by this guys here .. I drove 3 hours 1 way to get an engine that supposed to be ready for pickup I requested a 2008 bmw 328i 3.0 engine code 051 .. they said yes we have it here in the wherehouse give us a min we bring it outside. While I was waiting one of the workers came out and he told me that the engine has been sold a year ago and don't know why still in the system. They didn't apologize or offer gas money . Stay away from them . They're not serious people. go somewhere else to buy auto parts
They have a decent selection of parts. Here's the thing I got some Wheels from them that I had to take off. But the guys that work there are lazy don't like to help you. I spoted another part that I want but was wore out from taking the wheels off so I asked about it in the office. First he tells me they can save it for me even if I go ahead pay for it so the owner speaks up saying yes we can do that so I pay for it. Tell the worker I'll pick it up Saturday will end up working a lot call on Monday ask the worker can you ship it to me I'll pay for the shipping right now. He tells me they don't do that I hang up next day I'm going to go get it taken off work I get a email saying they need My credit card number. No I say I'm coming to get it. So YOU BE THE JUDGE!!
Well, bless my heart, if you ain't been to US Auto Parts & Sales, you’re missin’ out! This place is a REAL TREASURE TROVE for anyone needin’ parts for their ride. I walked in expectin’ a regular junkyard, but lo and behold, it was like stumblin’ onto a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!
Now, let me tell ya about these prices. They are so LOW you’ll feel like you’re robbin’ the place! I mean, if I had a dime for every great deal I found, I’d be GRINNIN’ like a possum eatin’ a sweet tater! You won't find prices like this anywhere else, I guarantee it.
And don’t even get me started on the folks workin’ here. If you want someone to chat with while you’re searchin’ for parts, you HAVE TO go talk to Igor. That fella can talk your ear off and make you feel right at home! If you need an invitin’ smile to brighten your day, just stroll on over and say hi to Jash. He’s got a grin so warm you could fry an egg on it!
In a nutshell, US Auto Parts & Sales is where you wanna be if you're in the market for car parts and some genuine southern hospitality. You’ll leave with your truck full of goodies and a heart full of joy. This place gets two thumbs up from me, y’all!
Affordable parts but when they say "on the shelf, ready to go." Expect to wait an hour because they completely forgot you called and was sending a truck to pick it up...
The truth is that they don't deserve even one star, I called them in the morning and they told me that if they had the part I needed, I drove for two hours, and when I arrived the car never showed up, they supposedly had two cars ready for my part and no car ever showed up, the truth is that they are disrespectful, they made me wait 1 hour while they looked for those cars for my part and they never showed up.
Don't waste your time, there are thousands of better places, they don't have their systems updated, DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE, save yourself the trouble and avoid having a bad time. It's a shame that there are businesses like this where they don't take customers seriously.
Definitely unorganized, Not very friendly over the phone, Their website is not updated. I asked them to check on a part before I drove 100 miles and they said it’s in good shape and I asked them if they can make sure before I drive this long trip and they would not go and double check so I made the drive in the morning to find out the part was destroyed. Thinking about coming here, you need not to think twice but three times definitely not worth the trip and it’s a waste of time., shop local save yourself some time even if you have to spend a little bit more money
Called in for a hood, was told it’s pulled and ready to go. Drive 2 hours to get it. When I arrived I was told it’ll take a minute. A full hour later, the guy laughs and says “sorry for the wait we can’t find the hood”. Took everything in me not to curse them out, super unprofessional, I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to shop here.
These guys are simply crooks. I've been in business over 20 years and bought used parts from most states in the us. They delivered me a transmission that was locked up. Should have known when it arrived in the back of a honda accord lol. No big deal stuff happens , but I tried to order another engine for a different car and just pay the difference but they said I would have to ship theirs back first. I even offered to eat the shipping, they still will not let me pay the difference and ship me an engine. HOW STUPID IS THAT ??? Then on top of that they refuse to give me cash back, they claim this is their policy although it is no where to be found on the receipt. Thats alright, my business will survive without the $850 but evidently theirs will not. If you are that bad off that you gotta crook people, save yourself the misery and quit now. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE !!! THAT IS ALL ! ( EDIT) and You were simply asked to deliver me another part , I said I would pay the difference, even said that I would lose the $250 that I paid for shipping on the transmission, keep in mind folks that one of their employees delivered this. So its real simple, I gave them $850 one of their employees deliver me a transmission, I tried to install it and it was indeed locked up. So I ended up getting the parts and rebuilding mine. I called them and said hey this trans is bad, but I need an engine for another car, can you just take $650 off of it and bring it to me and i'll pay the difference. I was willing even to lose the $250 that they charged for shipping. Thats when things started grinding to a halt. First they starting stalling saying they can't find the receipt showing that I bought it. So I sent it to them. Then they stalled for another day with no response. So when I got in touch with them again, they gave this lame excuse that they couldn't deliver it because their guy wouldn't be able to tell if it was there transmission or not. So i've been in business over 20 years bought from salvage all across the country, and most of them take a paint marker and write an item number on their parts. But i'm sure there driver has a cell phone , perhaps he could send a picture. Shoot we could even send a video showing that its locked up. The real reason they can't deliver it is that they know that I don't have the time to pallet it up and organize a shipper and then lose another $250 to ship it back to them, and I don't have the time to drive 2 hours to take it back to them. So you see they want to play victim and say "oh we will give in store credit all he has to do is bring it back " All they are doing is putting up hurdles so they can SCAM me out of my money. So they try to spin this and say oh he was rude with our employees. Well folks you just analyze this situation, You'd probably be rude too ! As I have said for over 20 years I have bought used parts from salvage yards across the country, Thankfully this is the first one that has CHEATED me. This is the first one that I have given a bad review or any review for that matter. I'm really not that type. Because I have had it done to me, but as you can see I have tried to professionally resolve this matter, but evidently they don't want resolve they would rather cheat you out of your money. GO ELSEWHERE !!!

Just recived a transmission from them. Great service great price. They shipped out same day to my business in Maryland. Price including freight was signifactly less expensive than in Maryland
Liars, they say they have parts you need for your vehicle. But after driving their from out of town they inform me that someone had taken the parts off the vehicle without them aware of it. This is before I called for on the phone to confirm they had the headlight assembly i needed. Avoid these people at all costs!!
The guys were really great, super friendly and very helpful! They had everything I needed and then some. Their service was very fast, they had my parts pulled the same day I called. They were very well worth the hour and a half drive. Highly recommend!
I bought an EJ255 out of an 05 Legacy GT from these guys that was listed as 'good' on car-part. Within a week I had the motor in my car and running, and it does indeed run well. The price was the best I could find in my area and I'm not disappointed. Everything was included wires, turbo, accessories. They didn't hack off anything important in the removal phase. The exhaust and intercooler were missing but I had my own. YMMV but I'll cast my vote as having a good experience with this company.
Note: They offer a 30 day 'warranty replacement' only--not a refund. The best you will get back from them is in-store credit. This is clearly stated on your receipt. Luckily I didn't need to worry about this, but I know this may influence other's buying decisions (if they don't have extra stock of what you ordered, store credit won't do you much good).
All-in-all I would shop here again.
Told me on the phone they had the vehicle I was looking for. Drove twenty three miles, to find out that the vehicle had already been disposed of. Friendly people but no hurry to please a customer. No organization on the lot. Told me to walk up the hill and see if I could find the vehicle. I'll do business elsewhere from now on.
I had a bad experience at this place. I’m not a professional and needed a transmission I accidentally provided the wrong year of my car when I brought the transmission to my mechanic he told me that it was the wrong one. I called the day after to advise that I made this mistake and the only thing they would offer is store credit which is useless to someone like me that does not need parts on a regular basis. I called multiple times asking for help and was willing and offered to pay a re-stocking fee and was told they can’t do anything for me. They are nice people and were helpful until a problem happen then the customer service was not so good. If you do purchase something be sure you are 1000% sure of your part and what you need otherwise you will be stuck with the part and out a bunch of money like me.
Drove down to this place from Indianapolis because they just happen to have the part that I needed. I was worried because you never know what you're going to get when you go to a salvage yard. This seems to be a family owned and run place. They were helpful on the phone very polite and friendly when I got there. The prices for the body parts were very good. Very well organized with body parts already stripped of the cars and organized. Needed a couple miscellaneous pieces of the actual car so the guy actually just loans me a few tools to go out and take them off myself. I don't know if I could even be that trusting. I usually don't write reviews but I was pleasantly surprised with this visit. Nice on is friendly business. I felt very comfortable there which is not a common feeling when you go to a salvage yard most places act like you're bothering them by giving them business
