I had a car that needed to get to the shop. Shelby was so sweet and they communicated with me very effectively. The man that picked up the car was friendly and professional. While it isn’t any fun to need a towing service, they are fantastic to work with.
After purchasing a golf cart from a private seller, it needed to be transported 170 miles away. I contacted several companies for a quote and Clark’s had the best price by far. I could not recommend this company enough. I had my oil changed at Walmart and it left me with a non drivable car. I called Clark’s late last night to schedule a tow for this morning. He wasn’t a minute late! Exceptional service and a great man. Hopefully, I do not need towing again. But, if I do, I will definitely use Clark’s towing and recovery!
They are still towing cars in the bashford apartments even though their contract has been cancelled for months. Making tenet's visitors pay $60 for expired tags!!!

They were great to work with, my truck has hit and had the axel knocked out from from the truck. They got loaded and we took to their lot. Day later asked if they could deliver truck to my garage, they did no problem and even backed in so I could work on it. Highly recommended.
My car was acting up while driving back to Cincy metro and they stopped to ensure I was okay and offered assistance even though I declined I really appreciated their support.
Complete rip off and liars. Came to tow my car and said I could pay $60 cash for him to drop it or 132 at the tow yard, I said okay I’ll pay with card there and then they said they don’t take any other form of payment besides cash and suggested I walk up the street to use an atm. After I call and say I need tow service and they say they take Apple Pay, credit and cash. Needless to say I’m upset !! I will let everyone know they are scammers, I’ve already filed a police report as well!
I love Clarks!!!! My husband and I were driving late at night on the interstate when we hit a large pothole that immediately caused a flat. We pulled off on the nearest exit where another car had run into the exact same issue. Only a few minutes later, a tow truck drove up behind the scene and Clark’s towing save the day!!! A man and a woman got out of the truck and helped both of us swap our tires for our spares and get back on the road. They also recommended local places to stay and tire shops where we could go to get our cars fixed in the morning. If I was a local, I would never use anybody else. Please trust Clarks for your next towing or roadside rescue!!!!!
My son’s car stalled on the side of the road, they were on their way home and saw us, stopped and helped us. They were fast and took care of us, we really appreciated the help when they really didn’t have to

We cannot say enough good things about Clark’s Towing and Josh in particular. While we were in Europe, our daughter hit black ice and totaled her car. Being so far away, we felt helpless, but Josh was incredibly responsive, prompt, and reassuring. He immediately came to her aid, handled everything professionally, and communicated with us throughout the process. He made a stressful situation much more manageable, and without his kindness and efficiency, we’re not sure how our daughter would have managed.
