Friendly and willing to meet me when I called but I've heard from other people that their lot fee is extremely expensive so I now dread getting the bill for them towing my wrecked vehicle.
I just called the company to tell my vehicle they told me it was gonna be hours. I called Finley‘s towing. They were there within 20 minutes, respectful and treated my vehicle like it was their own.
I had Brody come pick me up when it was raining hard, and my car was broken down. He was very nice, he helped me push my car into my parking spot after dropping it off, and he made sure that everything was good before he left. I was very happy to have gotten a professional.

An amazing company and workers, my family got a flat tire and didn’t know how to change it or patch it and their team got to us on the highway in 15-20 min. My car died on a Saturday night after 8 PM! I called and he was so sweet! Got to me in 10 minutes, got my car taken care of! I didn’t have to do a thing! He got my car to the mechanic and was so professional and kind! I hope I don’t need my car towed again but if I do, I will be calling them for sure! 10/10 recommend!

I called, very last minute, after our rental car roadside did not show up. We couldn’t wait any longer, as we only had about 30 minutes before the tire place closed. Chris was very understanding and even went out of his way to get to us so we could have the tire changed to get back on the road. People don’thave to be nice, but we are so grateful for those that are!
Chris was awesome! He responded when SF left me high and dry on I-75. He came for a flat tire but I ended up having to be towed due to a faulty lug nut. He gave multiple options and upfront pricing so I was able to make an informed choice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
