My husband and I were desperately trying to get our rental car out of our driveway, when all the snow and the ice hit. Enterprise roadside service put us in touch with Finley Towing and Recovery. Two other drivers from different companies decided they weren't going to take the time, to come to our time of need. But Jordan did and he was outstanding if I could give him a hundred Stars I would. So we'll just do five stars. Not only did he get our rental vehicle out of our driveway he got it halfway up the hill to where he could put the tow hitch on it. He was able to pull the vehicle up, my grandson and I were walking up the hill towards my husband, and my husband had told Jordan that I was disabled having had surgery a couple years ago and ice and snow were not my best friends. Jordan came all the way down the hill, and helped me walk up that hill. I don't believe anyone else would do that in that capacity. He is one hell of a driver is one hell of a nice person and he will go out of his way to help someone. Thank you for hiring Jordan, cuz he is one of the best. these guys are wonderful! Whistle got my car off the interstate quickly and had excellent communication! i've never had to get towed before so i was nervous but they made it so easy!

I had a moving truck stuck in the middle of nowhere. Called Finley’s and within an hour Whistle was there pulling me out. He was quick, courteous, and best of all got my vehicle out with no damage. Couldn’t recommend them more
My stepson had an accident one evening, Finley towed the car. I called the next day to have the car moved to a body shop in Frankfort. They didn’t seem to want to do it but offered at an insanely high rate. $750 for less than 48 hours of storage and 33 total miles of towing. Find someone else to tow.
Even if they charged 100/day in storage, they want over $17 per mile on tow services. It’s like legal theft.

Friendly and willing to meet me when I called but I've heard from other people that their lot fee is extremely expensive so I now dread getting the bill for them towing my wrecked vehicle.
I just called the company to tell my vehicle they told me it was gonna be hours. I called Finley‘s towing. They were there within 20 minutes, respectful and treated my vehicle like it was their own.
We LOVE Finley’s Towing! We have had to utilize their services multiple times now (the joys of having a teenage boy) and every time they have responded quickly to get us taken care of. I can’t recommend Finley’s enough!!
Make sure they're charging you correctly. The guy that came out to jump my company vehicle said it was $96 for the service which did not match up to what the counter guy said. I called back to get a receipt and the guy behind the counter said I had left a $16 tip. Long story short, the guy who came out put me down for a $16 tip when I didn't give him one. It's $75 to jump a battery with a $5 card processing fee. Normally I'd chalk it up to simple negligence, but the employee told me it was $96 and still asked me for a tip. Would of been a great service if the work was honest.
I had Brody come pick me up when it was raining hard, and my car was broken down. He was very nice, he helped me push my car into my parking spot after dropping it off, and he made sure that everything was good before he left. I was very happy to have gotten a professional.
8/5/24 Finley Towing is someone you can count on in an emergency! Chris and his crew are amazing! We requested a tow and in a short time a driver arrived and not only took our car to the dealership but gave us a ride to our hotel. He also gave us options of repair shops in the areas (we were on vacation 10 hours from home and unfamiliar with the area). Our driver was an angel (newer guy) but he was super helpful! The Burkes are so thankful for these folks!
An amazing company and workers, my family got a flat tire and didn’t know how to change it or patch it and their team got to us on the highway in 15-20 min. The man helping us was very willing and able to help us no questions asked. The final cost was cheap for the high quality service we received! Thank you Finley’s towing & recovery!!!!!
Where to even start with this amazing business, I don't even know. My husband, and myself were on our way out of town one Thursday night for his birthday celebration, when his truck completely lost power steering. We called Chris Finley, and without a split second of hesitation, he was on the way to save us! I will ALWAYS recommend them to ANYONE! Professional, down to earth, caring, & on time!!! I cannot thank Finley's Towing enough!
I have used this company on two separate occasions and have got Aaron both times. He has been more than helpful and has always had great customer service. If this man doesn't get a raise soon I will rip all my skin off and roll around in salt. He deserves at least 30/hr just because of his experience and social skills. I will use Finley as long as I am in range. In all seriousness though Finleys is by far the best.
After a long drive back from Labor Day weekend at the Lake, we were unloading the car when our little dog accidentally locked all the doors with her paw and the keys were still in the car. Luckily, it wasn't that Hot outside at 7:30pm, but even so, I panicked and just wanted my little pup out of there because no windows were down. We found Finley's and called. AARON who picked up our call drove to us quickly and knew the urgency we felt for our beloved pet. He was there in a flash and got the doors unlocked. Very professional and very nice man. I was stranded on I 75 South after my truck gave out. I called several services and was either turned down, or put on hold for a long time. Then I searched for a service near Georgetown. I saw Finley’s had High Marks and great reviews....man was that accurate. I talked to Chris the dispatcher who pleasantly took my call and then told me he would talk with his driver. Before he hung up he told me he would call me right back. In 10 minutes he called and told me who was coming to get me ,and that I would be waiting 45 min. On the dot Aaron showed up with a truck. He expertly put my truck on his bed and we were off. Aaron was a great conversationalist and a super dude! No awkward silence in the truck. Had me at my garage and deposited my truck like a champ. If you are looking for professionalism and courtesy in your time of need, these are your guys.
My wife and her sisters were on a road trip passing through Georgetown when she ran over a bolt and got a flat on the highway. Chris was super helpful and my wife commented on how professional he was. His truck was very clean and arrived earlier than expected. Chris also recommended a local tire shop where I was able to coordinate their arrival and have new tires ready to install. Overall I can’t say enough good things about Chris and Finley’s Towing.
This towing company is awesome. The owner Chris Finley came right away as our car stopped rapidly in a bad spot along the highway. Came quickly and towed to a dealership for our make/model. Extremely professional, timely and great service. Highly recommend!!!
We broke down on the interstate about 1 1/2 hrs from home on New Year's Day. It took several calls to find someone willing to come in less than 2 hrs. Called Finley's & Chris was there in 30 minutes, (just like he told us on the phone). He was very thorough as he loaded our vehicle & very professional. We were VERY pleased with his service & his willingness to haul us all the way home. Highly recommend him for his great service!
