Mechanic's there are fantastic, BUT that's if you can ever reach them on the phone to make an appointment to get work done! They rarely answer the phone for the junkyard OR the towing service! Not sure if they're even still open, since I've been calling all week (04/11/22 thru 04/15/22), and no one's ever answered the phone yet and leaving a message isn't even an option.
I called them at 9am in the morning for a part an they never offered to help me. They said they would call me right back an still at 2:30 in the day they had never called me so I called them again an they never had even looked for the part I needed so I went to mt.sterling an got what I needed.
Bought a transmission it went out in just a couple weeks i ask what he would do and he siad no warranty nothing he could do so ill eat this one and ill never go back
If i could rate them with no stars i would they are very rude ! They dont want to sell any parts without any og your old parts so they can stick you !! Theyv have messed me over on a $350 motor for my jeep and when i call they hang up i would suggest you don't go through them if take my business somewhere else!!
Good helpful folks who are honest and resonably priced. I bought an expensive piece there and I wouldn't hesitate to deal them again should the need arise. I believe the owner is Robert and he is a very pleasant individual to work with.
