Had to get my battery that was under warranty exchanged for a new one and the store manager was so helpful and friendly. He was a pleasure to do business with. I was very impressed by his personally.It didn't take anytime for him to change out my battery the installe went fast. I have done all my auto business there and will continue to shop at this store. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was the best so thank you Sir.
I called and bought my parrot over the phone. $40. I have them my phone number and email address. We'll I never receive a receipt to my email. I had to pay for it in order for them to order the part. So the next evening I went up to rec I receive my part. Well I got up there and they could not find me in there system couldn't find me with my phone number. So I ended up having to pay double for my stuff. I needed the I parts so I could fix my truck. $80 DOLLARS FOR A POSITIVE TERMINAL IS RIDICULOUS. all because they sent my receipt to some bogus email. Can they do that he had to know i paid for that in order for him to have ordered the part. I think he knew i did but some hour hot me to pay for it again. I feel i was severely to taken avantage of there. If I have a choice I won't go back. I'll go Advance Auto or O'Reilly from now on. I can't afford to keep paying double
AutoZone is my go to for parts ya can't wait for I used to buy from there regardless but nowa days it's just too expensive to get some stuff at any store really if it can wait or some times even if it can't still has to but I always check first to see if the price is right! I wish they could get a lil closer to the online pricing love to start spending my money's with some local folks again nit far as it goes when I do get to go in they always help me or make sure I have wat I need and get me the rite parts the first time and they have a few but thi guy loved my veteran status and I appreciate that when I am out means a lot to kno some ppl still have our backs! So four five stars all day erry day zoned autos
Had a great experience with the service here. They told care of me when I need a headlight replaced in my car. Could not get much nicer people there. I will be going back when needing anything else
This place has always given me the best prices. Eric, one of the mangers was a huge help. Was very knowledgeable and assisted me with the best parts for the right price. I will definitely shop there again! Thank you Autozone!
Package was shipped to wrong location, having to track down numbers to figure out how to get my package back to me . Other then that, everything seemed nice and chill inside the store .
If I could give them no stars I would I called needing help because my battery was dead and I explained the issue and the guy's response on the phone was it's 0 degrees I'm not going to put a battery in for you so I don't know what you're going to do. Worst customer service ever it's good to know when you truly need help this store is not willing to help their customers.
Was clean and workers were friendly. The prices on a few things was a little bit more than I expected from an auto place, compared to like walmart, example boosting cables, Cheaper at Walmart, but all in all was nice place.
Always have what I'm looking for and if they don't have it they get it as fast as they can.
Friendly hometown workers who are willing to help you find exactly what you want.
Never had a bad experience at all with this store I recommend it for everyone who comes into the area.
Was just here to return a alternator, they said they didn’t have the money to refund me…. Seriously, go to the bank and ensure you have enough change. I just wasted 2 hours or my day to make a return (with a receipt). And they said they didn’t have the money in the drawer to do a return (it was only $120)
Not from here... where I come from prices are a lot cheaper for the better quality item's and they sell the more budget items
Not much in stock and the stuff they have to get from the warehouse takes days instead of 2 hours

In reality I would like to thank the supervisor and the store associate with helpful service. I had a mess-up on my headlights and they helped me get it out, so great service and very helpful. Will be coming more often!
Some slight communication issues between prices over the telephone and in store. Pay before you pickup to avoid this issue. Store is clean staff is competent. Over good experience. They are attempting to practice Social Distancing.

Better store than Advance, which is right next to it. Overall the store has a better broader selection of product. I haven't bought any parts such as wheel bearings, alternators, etc from AutoZone so no idea of quality of such things.
This store is open and clean. Staff is helpful. Pricing is better than the Advance next door and the staff is knowledgeable and seems to genuinely want to help customers when they come in. They do seem short staffed at times.
