Good auto parts store. If they don't have it in stock they will either order it or get it delivered from another store. Ashley is always super helpful and smart about vehicles
Don’t waste your time here until they get new staff, out of all the workers only one and the manager actually know what they’re doing. I’ve been sold 3/4 wrong size wiper blades in a span of 2 months even though they have a computer to look them up.
Need workers that are there not just for the cash but for there experience. One maybe 2 outta of all I seen work there actually kno what your alking about when u go in to ask for a part!!
Went in to simply get windshield wipers, and was sold the wrong size, even though the individual looked them up a computer. Not very friendly customer service. A waste of my time and money.
100 % of parts stores usually have parts guys and u have to stand in line to jus check out for washer fluid at parts counter and today there was a guy jus checking out people so I was really impressed ,I worked in parts store for 2.5 years and at that time we actually had cashiers but seems like they got away from that until I went to AutoZone today .....Good Job Guy's
The people are not well educated on there jobs. If you go to this place you better know exactly what you want. And under staff most of the time as well.
Do not buy Duralast electronics they are junk and don’t stand behind there products, spent 160 dollars on a battery charger that quit working after a month and half, and the employee said there was no warranty nothin they could do , got a better deal and charger from tractor supply
The staff was very rude, I ask for help with finding a battery replacement for my car key the guy said he would be right with me, well I'm still waiting!! I just got completely ignored. I'll never go back to that store and Advise anyone else not too. I went to O'Reilly's and got help immediately.
I have used autozone for years in other states and have always appreciated their service.
This location was rude and incompetent. If you're in hazard, go to O'Reilly

Perhaps they were having a bad night. I've been back a few times since this review and they were more like the autozones I've come to expect.

This store owner has demonstrated a commitment to store quality. Understanding no business is perfect there is a genuine desire to follow-up on these reviews, take the licks, and work towards improvement.
Kudos to the store owner and I would love to see this attitude make its rounds to other business owners.
No customer service. Stood at check out for 5 minutes while the employees talked amongst themselves. Only to look up and ask us what we need and if we need to check out...
I went into the store and stood in front of the service counter for 4 or 5 minutes with a sales paper in hand wanting to buy oil and an oil filter. I was directly in front of two assistant managers while they were talking and laughing with a non employee behind the counter and from my observations he was not attempting to purchase anything. As I stood there another customer came into the store. When the new customer walked to the counter beside me the two assistant managers who were in front of me looked directly at him and started talking to him and asked what he needed and what they could do for him. I sent a complaint to the regional office and have yet resolved the issue. My family and friends will not return.
They were able to read the engine codes in my car when another similar business in Hazard wasn't able to. They also were a little shady about an upsale (they didn't ask, they just included an extra item), so watch out for that, but I'll go back and give them more business.
