Got my car towed to a mechanic in one piece for a reasonable price and in a timely fashion. Anthony was nice and got everything done as well as could be expected. Great service!
Mike was absolutely wonderful. He was there in less than 10 minutes from when I called. He was professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and explained to me in terms I could understand what was wrong and what needed to be done. I called Mitchell’s towing to haul my truck 2 counties over, they arrived on time, with a nice truck, I felt confident that they had the right equipment and experience to safely tow my truck, and they did!

I got a 40,000+ pound concrete mixer truck stuck in 2’ deep ruts less than 5’ away from the house! The truck was leaning toward the house and sunk completely to the frame! I immediately dialed Mitchell’s towing! They came out promptly, with the tools for the job, chains, winches, and a great attitude.
A little strategic planning, and a thorough examination of the situation, and Mike spring into action! He safely winched out the concrete truck and got him back on the road. He was patient, friendly, and professional from start to finish.
Although I was totally at the mercy of his discretion, I must say that the ‘bill’ was surprisingly fair, especially for the quality of equipment, and the level of service, I was provided!

I was just unlucky enough to get my car stuck in the mud in the middle of nowhere. My GPS couldn't tell me exactly where I was and I barely had cell service, but Mitchell's found me. Everyone I dealt with was professional and polite. The owner pulled my car out personally and even made sure I knew my way home and wouldn't get lost. I would reccomend this shop to anyone.
Have used Mitchell’s towing and roadside assistance on multiple occasions with each time being hassle free . Every employee I’ve encountered or had to deal with has handled each situation in a professional manner from the initial call to the person towing my vehicle, and made things very easy, even when the circumstances weren’t great. I called this service at 3 am and they left my son sitting on the side of the road on the Purchase Parkway until someone could drive two hours to come and tow his vehicle home. We wanted to have him tow the vehicle to the nearest truck stop to get him off the highway but the man never called my son or told me he wasnt going to tow his vehicle. People like this do not need to be in the business because they care about nothing but the money they can get from you!!!
