They lied to me a lot Every precaution is necessary when dealing with them.
Drivers be careful about the weight, on their BOL it was 36617 , but when I scaled in on their own scales it turned out to be 45750, if DOT catch you 1000 pound overweight they would put the stick in you, it will all come back on you nobody blame the brokers or shipping company.

The two gals in the guard shack were very professional and helped me quickly.
Wait for the green light before driving up to the guard shack especially if you’re in a line of trucks trying to get in… You’ll need a pick up number starting with a 504….and your CDL.
They will check your empty for full tank of fuel and to make sure it’s clean…
You drop it in the back and in the front there’s a row of trailers already loaded.
On the way out, they do put a new seal and check to make sure it has load locks… If not, you have to put one on.
Very bad. No respect for the driver's time. Loading with the door open for 6 hours with the reefer on.. And in addition, you have to wait another 15-30 minutes for cooling to 26. We all demand regulations from drivers, we charge a fee for being late, the driver has to drive according to the rules of the time log, and in return, no respect for the driver's time. Absolutely negative experience. The security communicates very poorly.
The people that work here that you have to deal with are horrible! The supposed manager cursed at me when asked to speak with him regarding his very disrespectful employee. These people have no regard for anyone. This place and their workers are a disgrace!

I arrived at 11am for my 5:30pm appointment, guard had me open up trailer to inspect and once he finished checking me in he showed me on a map where to drop my empty, to find shipping/receiving office, also where to find loaded trailer lot. No need to slide tandems to rear when dropping empty. (KEEP IN MIND THIS PLACE IS SMALL, IF ITS YOUR FIRST TIME HERE PAY ATTENTION TO THE INSTRUCTIONS THE GUARD GIVES YOU!)
ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK IS THE EMPTY DROP LOT, Around the corner of the docking area is the shipping/receiving office door. The loaded trailer lot is the one across from the chicken cages. (YOU CAN’T LEAVE HERE WITH YOUR LOAD TRAILER IF TEMP IS OVER 34 DEGREES, YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL IT SHOWS 34 OR BELOW!)
1. Drop Your Empty.
2. Bobtail to shipping/receiving for paperwork.
3. Find your loaded trailer and attach. Make sure temp inside is 34 or below.
4. Proceed to guard shack to leave, give bills to guard and guard will be the one to attach seal. HAVE YOU ATTACH YOUR TWO LOAD LOCKS INSIDE TRAILER!
BEWARE: THE GUARD WILL WARN YOU TO TAKE A STEP BACK WHEN YOU OPEN YOUR LOADED TRAILER FOR A REASON! ONCE YOU OPEN YOUR TRAILER IT WILL BE A FLOOD OF CHICKEN SLUDGE!
Storytime: The guard warned a trucker about the chicken sludge and the trucker wasn’t hearing it because of his ego and kept saying “IVE BEEN DRIVING FOR 30 YEARS” when the trucker opened the trailer he was covered in chicken sludge and left angry and frustrated.
I give this one because the people were quite professionals to deal with, but if it was a zero on getting eir job done totally 12 hours into a door 4 hours past dtt time. Don't do it. The hard-working Appalachian Streek doesn't apply here. When you let us trailer sit in the door and use up an owner ops fuel for 12 hours, and you're losing money due to detention that's not a profitable operation. And second standing around talking for an hour after your little morning exercise meeting not loading trailers is an extreme lack and motivation and discipline
I've always been treated well here as one of their dedicated contract regional drivers. D&H freight for me, parking for trucks waiting for outbound and enough room in the drop lot to maneuver. The staff here will call you when your load is ready and security is prompt to get you rolling.
Drop and hook facility for me. Sometimes blood comes pouring out from the trailer, so bring boots to put in load locks. Lena in guard shack is great and friendly
Not a bad place to pick up a load. Quick in and out if your load is ready. Drop empty, bobtail out and check in on cb ch 12. Park bobtail outside of front gate. Friendly staff. Congested areas, tight turns big potholes. Scale on site.

Great first experience with this facility. From the security guards to the shipping staff. No over night parking. I was loaded and rolling down the road in less than a hour
They open 5.30am. There is no overnight parking. You can park maybe on street for 1 or 2 trucks. They took 3-4h to unload me. Left much debris in truck. There is docks in front and back of the facility. You check in with guard they put you new seal. Then you go check in with receiving and wait for door.
Loading in 2-3 hrs nice employees work here no phone network this facility first check in with security then go to main building back side of dock’s then check in in office after check in park your truck back side of building then someone come know your door then give u dock
Bloody, muddy, and disgusting. I've been here only once before. Didn't like it then, and I didn't like it this time.
Guard shack personnel - eh... could've been friendlier.
Even the Vicks that I carry to alleviate the dead poultry smell didn't do squat at this facility. A bloody mess was pouring from the back of my trailer... damned near tossed cookies. ??
Never again! 12 hours to get loaded. So many other trucks docked after we docked and was loaded and left within a few hours. You may get docked quick but you will sit in the dock for hours on end. No cell reception at all.
Top 3 best place I've loaded in the last two yrs! Fast professional just awesome got there 2hrs ahead of my appointment 30min later got put in a door and before my appointment I was loaded and leaving! Would definitely pickup Herr again anytime thank you guys
Just look at the pathetic attitude in this attachment. Why don't you thank the drivers for waiting 12 hours for your chicken? Why don't you treat them with respect? Instead of handing them sheets yelling at them sentence by sentence. Give me a break. Disgusting. Whoever wrote this knows exactly where they can put it.
Definitely need more space for trailers here it's a cluster trying to maneuver around dropped trailers everywhere but employees were upfront and honest about how long it would be for load to be ready was able to drop my trailer and leave for my 10 hr break
Guy at the window was nice, shocking most aren't, Male yard dog was rude, had a lot of negative energy over where I dropped the trailer, another driver dropped the same way just on the opposite side and he said nothing. When your yard looks like this one you don't get to be upset with a driver save that energy for your owner to do better at fixing up the place
I've only done drop and hook here and it's in and out. Never any problems and the people were very professional and nice each time. There are a couple of truck stops a mile or two away.
