Great customer service. Went to by a replacement portable air pump. I have some disabilities and they were nice enough to bring one the price point I picked from the selection they told me was available. 2 different employees assisted me that day. But a high school boy named Billy I believe helped and checked my tires pressure and was very helpful for some others questions I had. Have been back and will continue to. Thanks

The staff always greets me when I walk in and are willing to help. They're fair priced on their products and give a Military discount for those that served. Good people!

These guys are great! Had a dead battery traveling through and a kind worker helped us jumpstart our care off twice in the rain and then helped us get a good price on a battery. Very kind people here and highly recommend a visit if you need help with your car.

Visited on a week day. An employee saw me enter but didn't greet me. One was walking around and didn't offer to assist. Waited until one got off the phone and then he helped me. Didn't have what I needed nor did they have a different brand. Left with nothing.

Every time i go to AutoZone i am greeted by friendly people and have always recieved quaility parts and service.

People here are all for helping someone and are very nice. On some things they charge to much on other stuff the right amounts.

This auto zone is awesome We stopped by 6 mins be for closing. Because are alternator was going bad... We were 25 mins away from home.. One employee helped me every way possible and stayed extra time just to make sure we got going... One employee was off and spent extra time to help us get back on the road.. Thanks for everything.. We appreciated it..

I normally am satisfied after leaving this store(I drive about 20-30 miles from home to ensure im getting the correct parts) This last visit I went to pick up brake pads for a friend. Gave them make, model, year, engine size, etc all the info I had and somehow ended up with the wrong brakes. :( this is the first time this has happened hoping it doesn't become a repeat occurrence or I'll have to pick up my parts back home and run the risk of getting wrong parts.

Many times we asked for things and be given the wrong thing.. that makes me feel as they have no idea on there doing.. I'm not comfortable with that..

I went to the AutoZone in Beaver Dam Kentucky I really respect these guys they're not teenagers or younger than that they know what they're doing and like the guy said he would treat me with the best he can and that shows a lot of respect towards anybody who that is then helping something do you know the outcome of my vehicle wasn't but I know that he knew what he was talking about that really did help now there is some from Morgantown that are good but they do not hook up your car to see your diagnosis but the one in Beaver Dam does we do have one in Butler County that does also but these guys like I said they're not young but they know what they're doing know what they're talking about and I really do appreciate somebody from your standpoint that would really help anybody and they were super nice the whole time so I can't argue about that and this is September and the first car and we turn off fixed it do what they said I will be a reoccurring customer until further notice
