Place has horrible customer service, i didn't know we’d had to check in, we drove up with them sitting outside, they didn’t say a word, so we proceeded to look for a part, I easily found what I needed, brought tools to remove, blonde headed “part” owner asked what we were doing, I said “shopping for parts” she said, ok calm down! I wasn’t being aggressive, I was respectful but she had a sucky attitude, when I went to pay, she wasn’t in the office so my mom went looking for her, she said she’s not in there so I need to go where she’s at and pay, so I did, I told her I was in the office, she acted like I was stupid and if she’s not in there obviously I can’t pay her, and then dog was very aggressive towards us, her attitude and cussing around my kid was very inappropriate and disrespectful, I have no use in going back there to them people.
Ayla, Clay, and staff will always try to help you with anything you're looking for or needing- they're honest, reliable, and super fair folks! Highly recommend and will undoubtedly continue doing business with them.
5 star! Hands down some of the best people I’ve had the opportunity to meet honest friendly they thrive to keep the prices as high as they can. The lady working in the office I think the owners wife is always trying to give back to community and help others outside of the scrap yard with clothes shoes food and never asks for anything in return. That place has really cleaned up and made a huge turn around- I highly recommend in supporting local and supporting those that in return support local.
Y'all will never get my husband's service again. Y'all disrespectful. Treated him like he was garbage & then you have the nerve to tell him he's dirty & so was the stuff he was scrapping.
This place is a joke only gave me 40 cents for number 2 copper when it’s at least $2.00 anywhere else right now I’m just kids blown how they get to do this to people
Good people fair payouts... lots of debris in back where you drive but it is a scrap yard. Just watch for sharp objects or you'll blow a tire... but service is great and honest.
Very rude and a cheap skate also only gives half what the vehicle was worth anywere else 25 a ton while everywere rlse is 50-80 a ton wouldnt rake no business here
Bought a starter from over there cuz the guy that sold it to me said it would interchange when I get home to change it it's twice the size of the old one called back down there and wouldn't let me bring it back after the fact I went and bought a new one because I was tired of getting the run around that I could only change it for a different one needless to say won't be doin business over there since they can't make it right!!
