Logan went above and beyond to help us. He let me use their battery pack and when that didn't help he came and tried for me. That still didn't work so he walked all the way back down to get his personal vehicle and jumper cables, pushed my car to where he could jump us and then also tested the battery after. He was so helpful and polite and kind and we just really appreciate his help today!
It is an auto parts chain store. Not much to be excited about. The clerks could be a little friendlier. They are not as knowledgeable as Central City Auto Parts, but they are open till 9pm.
Could not recommend these guys enough. Had battery and alternator issues on the way back home from a family trip. These guys went above and beyond. They helped diagnose the issues and let my family and dogs come in to the store to stay cool while waiting to get the battery charged, checked, and a new one installed. My family and I really appreciated their hospitality.
Everyone already has low expectations of O'Reilly's as a company. This store performs even worse than the average O'Reilly's, and failing that badly takes some real effort.
This is the worst place I’ve ever dealt with, I bought a part from them and they gave me the wrong part, tried to return it and the women got irate with me and told me to leave the store and she was gonna make me leave, and had to call customer service to have things fixed, she didn’t wanna even talk to me when I walked in the door, I have never ever dealt with a auto parts store like this and I’ve rebuilt vehicles, I can officially say I’m done with oreillys, had to wait 3 weeks to get my part and this is what I deal with, I don’t recommend this place to anyone, I’ve never been through a emotional wreck because of a auto parts store but somehow they exceeded on that note, if you wanna get treated like garbage ask for Lori she will definitely accommodate you, and on top of that her employee will lie and say they never sold you the wrong part and Lori will threaten you and say she is gonna force you to leave, so thanks to customer service for making your employees act right, if it wasn’t for that I would have been told to screw off, THIS PLACE IS AWEFUL THANKS FOR THE REVENUE I LOST DEALING WITH YALL
Rude and condescending, a parts nightmare. Took too long to receive parts that were bad. Was told by assistant manager that my parts exchange was only possible by the managers approval. Management was I'll when I told them about it, claiming there was no way my parts were bad. Only reason I gave 2 stars was she did apologize one the dealership confirmed they sold me bad parts.
Auto Zone FTW. O'Rwillys ordered the wrong breaks for my old car 3 times in a row. Had it been the same worker, meh, but it was 2 others and the supposed manager. Go figurer.
Super friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting the correct parts for my vehicle. One of my recent favorite stores I've stopped in!
