I got a uhaul stuck in the mud and Mr. Gunn made it out in under 30 minutes. I cant sing his praises enough. I'm trying to give him directions through rural Drakesboro, not knowing the roads myself. He still found us, pulled us out, and asked for $50 under what I had been planning to pay him anyway. Can't tell you what a god send it was to remember his number
I was headed home from work and my car just stopped in the middle of the road. I tried to use my road side assistance and it was going to take them over an hour to get to me not mentioning to get me home to my babies. I called gunn towing at midnight or a little after. He shouwed up around 1220 got my car loaded and brought me home safely to my babies. I couldnt have had a better experience with a tow truck company. First off I want to thank Gunn towing, for the outstanding service I received from them this afternoon, 12-6-22 I lost a drive line in my semi. Mr. Gunn was literally to me in under 15 minutes outstanding, he immediately jumped out the truck and assessed the situation and took off to work. He had my truck in the air in the drivelines pulled so that we can pull it in just minutes. Wonderful I mean wonderful service. And you couldn’t ask for a better very polite person. He made me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.I would recommend them any day over any tow service.
Great towing company! My tire caught a flat after I hit a pothole on the highway, I called 3AM in the morning, and he took me my car to the closest tire place in town.
I just wanted to start off by saying I'm so thankful I found Gunn Towing. Mr. Buddy Gunn was such a sweet and kind person. We talked the entire way to Oak Grove after my car broke down. He was very helpful and honestly this is the BEST experience with towing I've ever had. Needless to mention he came in under 5 minutes, thankfully! I was in a very dangerous curve and he made me feel safe and like everything was under control. Thank you Mr Buddy !
Called Mr Gunn at 1am in the middle of a major storm. He did not have power at his home and still agreed to come out and town my truck to a repair shop and take me to a hotel for a more than fair cost. Awesome service!
My truck wouldn't attempt to crank at my house; of course being a newer truck, and being a amateur mechanic, I couldn't diagnose the exact problem. I called Gunn and they were here in about 20 minutes. VERY professional and Terrific service. I would highly recommend!
Last weekend I found my car stuck on the curb trying to pull into dominos where they are currently doing road work. It was around 1am and I had nothing else I could try so I googled a local 24 hr towing company which thankfully happen to be Gunns towing and recovery. Within 20 minutes someone was there to help me and 20 minutes later had my car off the curb and back on the road with no damage. I am forever in your debt! Thanks for being awesome!
I was traveling through Kentucky when my tire blow driving down the interstate. It was POURING down rain. Buddy quickly found me and towed me to a nearby tore shop. When we got there we discovered they had not opened up due to Covid-19.
He then called a family member to come fix my tire. He towed me to a large gas station that had a canopy. Buddy ended up changing my tire while we waited for his nephew. Just as we were finishing up his nephew arrived and put an extra tighten up on the lug nuts.
He already went the extra mile with changing the tire which is not something this company offers. He then wanted me to call when I arrived at my destination two hours away so he wouldn't worry!
