Called twice see if they had a fan clutch for my semi. I was told by a women that someone would call me back. Crickets never heard anything. Poor communication.
He got my car out of the ditch but per my Kentuckian friend charged double the going rate, probably because I'm from out of state. So ask what their rate is before they do the job.
Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend them for absolutely anything. I'm sure they like to keep money they work for but don't give two craps about anyone else. I'd really consider my options when dealing with this company. There's to many other good businesses out here doing the same thing that actually deserve the customer and the $$. Don't even waste your time here.
Very productive and professional and very dedicated and productive person with a professional and understanding attitude and mind to help with issues that arises the customers interest and I think you should employee more workers like Josh
Soon as I walked through the door I was belittled and mocked by Justin. Not sure what his problem was. Can only assume compensating for lack of manhood. Will do all in my power to divert any business I can from this company.

I won 3 fold today!!! 5 stars for sure. Hard to find fld bumper was in stock, beating the 8 to 15 weeks back order wait. He matched retail with out shipping cost so it was much cheaper. And Josh even met me on a Saturday. It's 3 and a half hours from me to them. This is the second deal I have had with them and both time went above and beyond. Well worth the drive. Thanks again Josh for taking time from your Saturday to deliver great customer service!!
Purchased a used truck. Justin was nice until money was sent, then he didn't care. Truck was not ready as I was told. Had a bad tire on it and had to wait to get one put on. I was told it was just used to run west by his friend ( maybe to the west side of town). Wasn't told about leaking airbags ,flat spot tire, a miss in the engine or the rust on the cab and frame. He never even came around and introduced himself while I was there. Had the finance company not already paid him for the truck, I would have gone 8 hours back home without it. I didn't expect a perfect used truck, but I did expect it to be close to what I was told!!
My experience with this company has been good. From used parts to new parts they are fair and competitive with pricing. Josh is knowledgeable and very helpful in finding what you need.

Josh is the man when it comes to service and help. I have used his Business 2 times and have had out standing service both times. This past time I had to work and couldn’t make the drive so I sent my wife to pick up my parts. She arrived and he called me to double check what I was wanting and loaded it up for her. While treating her with respect and ties the load down for her. With all that being said I will be buying more parts from Circle C in the future. So a big Thank you to you Josh for all your help.
Friendly and honest service. Purchased a truck from Justin about 3 months ago ran almost 15k miles and haven’t turned a bolt on it. Besides the chrome I’ve bought from him and put on. Good people to deal with
AVOID AT ALL COST....Worst experience EVER. Reached out to the shop and spoke with Justin about a dump truck they had for sale. Asked if it was in good working order to fly in and drive it over 1000 miles back. Justin said it was ready to go. I had him change the oil and get it ready for me for an additional $200. I flew in, then took a 2 hour uber to the shop and couldn't even leave the yard because the third axel was broke and wouldn't lift. He chained the axel up and I left. I then came to find out that there was no heat, the oil was leaking (waste of a supposed oil change), the blinkers didn't work, no brake lights, the whole dash was faulty, windshield wipers didn't work. Essentially the only thing that worked was the motor, transmission and running lights. Please be aware of this dealer and do your research and never buy anything from this place.
Horrible customer service! The owners Matt and Justin agree to certain things within the deal and never come through, even after having signed agreements through email. My husband, brother-in- law, and family friend picked up close to $200,000 worth of trucks from them, 3 total to be exact. Drove 6 hours to pick them up and no one from the actual company was there to meet us to go over the trucks. We ended up signing paperwork with the owner of the shop where the trucks were sitting. Very little was done to the trucks that were agreed upon when we picked them up. What was done was done incorrectly! Trucks didn’t even have DOT inspections done when picked up, wet-line kits were put on incorrectly, steer tires were wore down completely on one of the trucks, no mattresses in any of the trucks either. Not to mention one of headlights was not working at all on our drive home....in the dark. We have all called multiple times trying to be fair and work something out cordially but no one will answer the phone or return calls. One truck owner is still waiting on a $600 refund from them and my husband is still waiting on $700. This is all money that was agreed upon to be sent to them. I would stray away from this company and give your business to some other company more deserving of your money.
