Overpriced and staff was not friendly or helpful. I was in the store for over 20 minutes and never once was i offered assistance. But they were friendly to their regular customers. I don't think I will be back to this location.
Totally awful ? they were supposed to place an order 4 days ago , I go in today only to be told the order was never even SUBMITTED! Definitely will not recommend, will let ppl know to go elsewhere!
Wide variety of items for home, or mechanical need. Good prices and awesome service, customer oriented people, good supply of canning jars, lids, and spices
Great people and service! Online ordering is still a bit awkward. I ordered something online the website was very slow and difficult to find the socket set that I wanted and when I came to pick up in store they had a hard time finding it in the back room. But all in all I think this is just a modern thing when we try to compete with stores like Amazon it's very difficult. On the positive side I saved about $50 on my socket set that I purchased on Amazon it was $50 more than Aces!
Luv our lil town ace they have exactly what I need when I need it and the service is out standing always..the workers are all well known and very much respected and loved ?
I went in to purchase some socket sets, that where on sale for $9.99. That's the whole reason I decided to buy them. Get up to the register to check out, it rings up $12.99. So I told the cashier, sir "The sticker back there said these are on sale for $9.99." He fiddles around, yeah your right... Ok, so I wait for the price to change on the debit card machine, it didn't. So I ask him about it again, "sir that didn't take the price down any." He said, "it will when it rings it up".... So, I hand him $40... He charges me $27.54... Full price!!!! But, I just go on, cause I wanted the tools... I was done getting be upset... So I got cheated out of about $7.... Service sucks!!!!
Very nice store, one of the nicer Ace with knowledgeable workers. however I drove an hour there to buy items my local ace was out of. When I tried to return one of the items locally, with receipt the Munfordville store would not accept a return from Edmonton ACE :(
This store in particular is very poorly stocked with little variety. The store in Columbia is a total different story, well stocked, knowledgeable staff.
Very convenient for our area. Good service and selection. Prices are responsible considering and much cheaper than the one in the other neighbouring town.
Ace hardware stores are great. I do not go there as much as the big stores just because they are closer to home but when I am in Edmonton, this is where I go and always find what I am in need of. The selection is good and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
They keep a good stock of most tools and supplies needed for diy small to intermediate projects, although lacking in outdoor lumber, outdoor paver selection..and overall on the mid to more expensive side unless you catch a seasonal sale.
Lazy af. Gossip central. They talk about customers while other customers are shopping! A worker is always outside near the entrance smoking! Disgusting. Way over priced too.
Great service here at this little hardware store. Vast variety of items, from fishing, grilling, plumbing, filters and so much more. Nice sales and they send out good coupons when you get an ace savings card, for no cost. For a small town store they have pretty much anything you could need for day to day jobs.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. Even though they're a small store, they have quite a bit. They've saved me the much longer drive to Walmart or Lowe's many times!
