One of worst experiences paid to have check engine light diagnosis I was pretty sure it was the TIPM. Shop said it was the fan put brand new fan in didn’t fix anything. Had to spend 1000$ on TIPM module and have it reprogrammed after they mis diagnosed it as fan.
I live in Jeffersonville, IN, no one near me wanted to take on my Fiat 500 Abarth and/or let me bring in my own parts. This was not the case at B.A.C, they took great care of me. Control arms, wheel bearings, and shocks/struts. I know it wasn't an easy job, very much appreciated.
Service is great. People are excellent. They do that. Excellent job on all my vehicles. Wasn't refer to go nowhere else but this place they are awesome. They do great work. Love all of them there. JIMBO cant follow directions. Ask him to NOT rotate my tires and they did it any way. Maybe write it on the work order. Directions really help. So apparently if you buy 35 inch tires from them they will mount and balance them. But if you have your own tires they cant do it. Maybe the girl who answers the phone should know what shes talking about before she answers the phone. Lost my business.
Ok this was just my experience at brandenburg auto clinic today on 1/22/25. i have going to them for over 7 years now and it could be more then that. I took my in on sunday night so that can look at it monday morning like Megan the front deck women said. well took it in because there was a vibration in the steering wheel and when i put it in gear my car would bog down like it wanted to shut off on me and the lights would go dim when i would try to put them down and even my dash lights would go dim as well. so before i took my car up there i put a new alternator on it and thought that would have solve the problem but it didn't so i knew i had to take it to them because i trusted them for so many years. They said my battery was bad ok that fine but i knew that i would have got it my self and saved so money on there labor work but its all good. well the problem was never fix and they said they drove it and i told what they had to do to get it to start the vibration and i know they felt it because they are licensed mechanic so i felt i good lied to. Megan to me my car is fixed and ready to go with so attitude with it. Megan needs to be fired because she is not a people person and they will lose business just like now. Me and my wife will not go there no more. They are all rude and they need to check them self because us the people it what keeps that business going. I had a flat tire and i asked Megan could she have one of the workers to come out and air it up and her worlds was if there is anybody back there and there was lost of them was just standing around doing nothing so one guy came out and done it was nice guy i just fill so that he has to work with those people in the office. They need to do alot of changes just first get read of Megan. I think if she smiles i sure her face would get stuck.
So I had my suburban at a mechanic shop to have engine replaced. It was too expensive to install new engine for 13k so I found a good used engine that the yard ran to make sure ran before install. Bought used engine and had shop replace every oil gasket on it because the shop said it leaked everywhere. They installed used engine and started it and it broke 30 seconds after startup. We went back and forth as who responsible and I just paid balance weeks later as it was over 6k, after already spending 1000 to shop and 1700 for used engine, for a bad engine not running again. I let it sit at shop in parking lot debating having them install a new engine because I had to have it running to sell. I didn't have enough money set aside yet so I had it towed home. I called shop and told them I was gona tow it home. She said ok ill put the key under the mat. I receive suburban with the driver window down. Driver said it was down when he got there and driver area was wet. I opened door to look and the seat and floor board carpet was soaking wet and dirty. The window was left down and had plastic over it but was ripped all over. Driver said plastic on window was torn when he picked it up. Anyone can tell it had been leaking for a while. I put a battery jump box on truck and pushed button for window and it went up. How would anyone feel about their vehicle if left like that. After all the thousands of dollars we spent there and we get the vehicle back in worse conditions than when we left it and all the owner wants to say not our problem after you pay us its your responsibility. Dude we paid over $6000 and still a blown engine. Terrible way to do bussiness.
DO NOT GO HERE. They are a ripoff. Its known in the community that these people will purposely mis-diagnose your vehicle just to upsell any and EVERYTHING. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Not even for an oil change...or theyll round off the drain plug and tighten it to roughly 100 ft lbs. Disgraceful.
This used to be my go-to place when I moved to Brandenburg. They told me that I had a blown head gasket on my truck. After several hundred dollars spent, they came back and said it was a bad spot in my cylinder. They said I needed an engine replacement. After replacing the engine with what was supposed to be a brand new Jasper engine, not only did they charge me for replacing the engine, they charged me for the mis- diagnosis of the heads. The engine blew up at 38000 miles. When I confronted them about the warranty, they told me I would have to deal directly with Jasper, then have to pay them labor to put the new one in. I contacted Jasper and they told me that there was no warranty on my engine. I dont know for sure, but I dont think it was from Jasper. I think it was from a junk yard somewhere. They were good when they first started. Now its all about the money. I'll never go back. I suggest you don't either.
You can't trust these people. Took my car to them because it was over heating. They claimed I had a blown head gasket and needed the whole engine replaced for $7,000. I asked them to only replace the head gasket. The guy behind the desk argued with me that it needed the whole engine replaced. I insisted they only replace the head gasket. They quoted me $5,500 to replace the head gasket. I ended up just paying the diagnostic fee and taking my vehicle to C&R garage in muldraugh. They diagnosed my car with a bad water pump. They replaced the water pump and charged me around $300. The car has been running perfect ever since for close to 2 years now. Brandenburg Auto Clinic will lie to you to get you to pay for extra work and if you don't want the extra work they are sure to charge you a diagnostic fee. SAVE YOURSLEF THE MONEY AND TROUBLE. SKIP THIS SHOP FOR ANY REPAIR.
Prices are high for any and all repairs, know a few people that have a had issues with not getting repairs done correctly, people gotta watch them because they will act like they did the repair and really they never did. Hoping to see them do better by the community and make it affordable and more honest!
If you're reading a good review about this place they're lying! I had them put a fuel pump in my Durango went bad in 60. One of the guys that worked there and told one of my friends they messed up a part on my transmission. Lo and behold had to replace the transmission! Also I had a Samsung tablet in the back seat which came up missing while it was there. Also some damage to the side of my truck. Also they broke a sensor on my battery plugged it in and told me they don't fix it unless I ask them to. I cannot believe this place is still in business. Literally one of the guys at the front desk got all in my face when I was trying to tell them they broke a piece on the battery. And then told me I did it! Haha places in absolute joke. They told me my car was newer then what there used to 2016! I wish I would have read this before I went there! They will not refund my money on my fuel pump they said I have to bring it back to them. Literally the experience was so bad I took it to another shop and I'm just going to pay because I don't want them touching my vehicle again! I've been really nice to give him every opportunity to make it right they just don't want to do it! I guess that's what courts for!
I needed my tires rotated and made an appointment in the morning and they hade me in and out in less than an hour, even after I had to change my appointment to a little bit later.

They did not fix my car, they only charged, they replaced the battery and changed the alternator and when I went to pick up my car they gave me a flat battery, the battery I had was new and of better quality, when I filled out the form, I filled in the box to that they return the old parts of my car to me and they did not do it either, dishonest work I definitely do not recommend them, they are also racist.
My parents took their car in for repairs. They fixed a part in it and charged around $5000. Parents got it back and the problem was still there. They finally got it fixed but charged way over. They took advantage of my parents!
so they did a diagnostic on my moms car. in her engine they replaced EVERYTHING Except her engine. they also changed her head gasket . right after they “fixed it” her engine light came on again. she told them that her engine light came on again and they told her that it has to stay on. so she went to MULTIPLE other car replace shops in Brandenburg and they all told her that Advanced Auto Clinic was horrible and that they have heard really bad reviews.My mom has a 2013 chevy cruise. now her head gasket broke again.she still owes them money and my mom is P!SSED.
Really like these guys. They did a 4 wheel mount/balance and alignment. They called and said the lower ball joints were shot and needed to be replaced before they could do the alignment.
I was in a bind because I had to be at the VA next afternoon so they let me reschedule my alignment for the next morning and gave me the chance to replace the ball joints myself. They did a awesome job made everything work for the timing.
Best service I've had in years. They are my new goto auto shop from now on.

I was recommended Auto Clinic by a friend from work! Since then, I have been taking my cars to them. They fixed my brake line ( was leaking, fair priced) and just recently helped me to figure why car had smoke coming from engine ( for free!)

I told them the nature of the issue and provide the code as well. I still was billed $85.00 to provide a "diagnosis" of the issue. I dropped it off in the morning and was able to pick it up the following afternoon. They only had one guy to do the test drive. Its cost right at $220.00 for a bad coil pack. Not the least expensive, but the repair was made.
Nice honest folks that have been maintaining and repairing my family's vehicles since they opened their first shop. They always go the extra mile to help out. A very satisfied customer.

My vehicle's problem wasn't diagnosed properly. I was quoted a repair that was over 1,000 dollars that was not needed. I was also told I would need a new engine that would cost 7,200 so I took it to the dealer and it was a simple repair. I would avoid taking your vehicle here unless it is for a simple oil change.
I went to go buy a 1966 Volkswagen from them they told me it was mine when I got off work. I got my trailer hooked up went up there and he came out and told me he sold it to someone else. Like why didn’t he message me back telling me that. He didn’t apologize at all for anything. I don’t recommend them for anything they don’t keep true to there word. There not trust worthy for anything.
Avoid this place if you expect customer service and the work to be done correctly. Took car in to have front end work done, received car back with more problems than it had when I dropped it off. Called to have them look at it and why the check engine light was now on. Mechanic called back with an attitude saying that it had nothing to do with them and to diagnose the problem they would charge me for diagnostics, and that was on me. Picked the car up, in 5 seconds I had the code for a faulty gas cap, I guess the rude Mechanic didn't think I would know that Dodge and Chrysler product will give you the code. Last time I do business with these Idiots!
Took our Buick Enclave in to get the water pump replaced and when we picked it up the a.c. and vents will no longer change. Call them and they said it was nothing they did just a coincidence but would charge us more to fix what they broke
Do not take your car here. Very dishonest and not careful with your vehicle
