My car broke down at the end of my road, just like 1-2 minutes from my driveway. I called Genoe's, he said it would be $50, that's what he charged for anything local. He was fast getting to my car, friendly and polite. Only bad thing was the price, but that's just the towing business anywhere in my experience.

Quick service. They have the equipment to handle just about anything. They’re always professional. He doesn’t tear the vehicle up any worse when towing. I have trusted him many times for mine and the wifes’ vehicles . I don’t worry about my vehicle sitting overnight in his lot when he has to tow them. All around professional service.

We called these poor men out late & had a very interesting adventure for them & they went through a lot to take care of us with superb customer service, they was super professional & went above & beyond to make us happy they also have the best rate's in the entire area for what they do & they also are willing to help in situation's no one else would help us with not even the local police. They accept cc, debit card, and cash so super convenient they are a must go to for any towing need's we wanna thank them for their help & for being so honest!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. We were in desperate need of a tow and Kelly thought it was appropriate to CHARGE $1,500 for one hour worth of work. I hope that KELLY can sleep at night knowing he's ripping off hard working people.

I called these guys at midnight needing a heavy wrecker after blowing the rear-end in our medium duty tow truck just passing thru Kentucky. Kelly the owner came out with in 30 min to get the job done hauling me all the way back to sunbright tennessee. He has the trucks to get any job done and charged me a decent rate. I can honestly say Kelly is a stand up guy and goes above and beyond in the towing profession to accommodate you. This company is a company you can count on to travel to you no matter how far the distance is to take care of your needs and get it done right. I would deffanatly reccomend them for any towing from light duty to heavy duty towing. Glad I got to meet you Kelly even if it was due to mechanical failure.

Genoe's Heavy Duty Towing & Recovery gave us a 4 1/2hr class A motorhome RV tow from Williamsburg, Kentucky to Columbus, Ohio on Thanksgiving day. Husband & wife were very professional & accommodating for 2 adults & our big boxer dog. We would highly recommend them for any towing & recovery need!
