Best roadside service in Maryville, was locked out and had me in my car within minutes, great personality and customer service. Will DEFINITELY use again if needed, not for a long time hopefully.
After breaking down 7 hours away from home on New Years Day when most everything was closed, we were super lucky to have Bryant tow us into town, drop our car off at a mechanic and get us to a hotel. Super nice guy and very quick to respond, thank you Bryant!
They sold me the wrong transmission they told be it was out of a 95 ranger well when I got it home and got to looking it up it was not out of a 95 ranger it for a 94 explorer and they refused to take it back just be careful with this business whit used parts
They towed our car home for us when it broke down. It was near the end of the day do we had to wait 2 hours, but he had other tows to do before us. He dropped it at our house just like we had asked, and he even rolled up our windows in case it rained. He is not allowed to have anyone ride with him while he tows your car solely that in mind when you call. Price wasn't bad either.

Said they be 20 - 30 minutes after an hour of waiting we called back and they had gotten another call and said they wouldn't be able to get to us that night.
Its Christmas eve / very early morning, only a mile away from home when we slid off into a ditch. We called everyone we could and attempted to get free. Its 2 am and we had walked home and given up, deciding to sacrifice the car to possibly getting hit. Called the sheriff's department to tell them it was stuck there and we couldnt get a tow company to come. A deputy stopped to see the damage and then managed to get ahold of B&J towing! Not only were they fast at arriving, fast and efficient at completing their work, they were polite and very helpful, as well as very well priced! 10/10 would recommend!! Thank you so much for helping us!
