Well, went in yesterday for brakes around 3-4, guy was counting his change, never looked up never said anything. Finally he gets what I need. No customer service that day!! Rude. THEN, Needed brake fluid, he let my son go EVERYWHERE LOOKING FOR IT, NOT EVEN TRYING TO HELP HIM. WONT BE BACK.. I WILL GO ELSEWHERE.
Experienced staff that works hard for the customers even when the customer isn't working hard for themselves. I truly appreciate the staff looking out for me this week.
The employees at this location are top notch ! I walk in with an issue and in 5 minutes I'm taken care of and parts are ordered or on the counter promptly!

My serpentine belt came off driving up 24 due to a bad bearing in my idler pulley, these guys were awesome, they had the parts ordered and there in 2 hours and even Devon helped me out getting it back on there when he got off work. Truly amazing store and staff. Thanks for helping me get my van back on the road
Austin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew more than most mechanics I know. This young man deserves a raise and a full scholarship to mechanic school. He made sure that my family and I were safe before we got back on the road to Florida. He went above and beyond his job, and that is not something you find these days. I just am in shock at the skills this man has. His parents ought to be very proud of him.
I would like to thank the guys at O'Reilly Auto Parts for their help today. Your suggestion to replace my brake hose was spot on. I never would have thought that the hose could be the problem. My 4Runner is running like new again. Thank you for your excellent service today.

They charged me a core charge of 5$ for a caliper bracket.then when I brought the broke one back in they didn't want to give me the core back because it was broken. The exact reason I bought the part is because it was broken..plus they wanted to call a manager at another store to make sure I get my core charge back..
I usually go to auto zone.But needed a battery so this one was closer Glad I chose here will start using them more. There young man who waited on me why out of his way to help.Checked car starter battery alternator and put battery on so I could get back on road. Great service
Tested our battery while still in the vehicle. Tested bad and they had a replacement. Icing on the cake...they installed the new one for free so no need to pay the core charge!
Needed a mirror, manager said they had it. Came back to order manager said you cannot get it through them. Call back home to VP of O'Reilly's had it to us 9am next day.
Okay I went in and told the worker the car i had all the info and what I needed, she soled me not 1 but 2 wrong parts thank God a customer was there and knowledgeable and helped us fix our lights and get us the right parts and there were alot cheaper than what the woman sold us. Please can it be like the old days when the car parts store workers knew what they were talking about and walked outside to ur car and helped. This new age hire anybody stuff socks. Just my thoughts! But at least the right parts were in stock. Thanks!!!
I am a huge o'reilly's fan and use my local store all the time but this calvert city ky store is the worst auto store I've ever seen thecustomer service is absolutely horrific I have been to the store 3 times and never even checked out. You will not get asked if you need anything. You will just stand at the register forever and they will just stand there and talk and laugh and giggle and not ever even check you out I will never return to this store ever ever if it was free I wouldn't go back
I called about my 1985 Ford F150 needing a solenoid, and had a few questions pertaining to some issues I was having. I was speaking with an employee named John, and he was very helpful. He related with me some similar issues he had had with his 1984 F150. He spoke me through the process over the phone. I was able to drive my truck up there to where he assisted me even more so. He looked up the part I needed and informed me that it was under warranty still, and that it would be replaced at no cost. After replacing the part for me, he came outside, made sure to answer any questions I had, and he assisted me with installing the part. John not only did his job, but he went above and beyond with assisting me every step of the way. He built perfect rapport, assisted me during the process, and even after the matter informed me if anything else may come up jus to give them a call, or show back up and that he would assist me then also. I highly recommend this O'Reilly Auto Parts store, this was the best experience I have had while dealing with a parts store. I will definitely be coming back when needed.
Good store and nice people. However, there were 5 people working and not one stopped to ask if I needed help finding anything. They were friendly at check out.
There are a few helpful people there a woman and older gentlemen. They also have two young kids that dont know anything and ignored me when i asked for a fuel filte . Evidential they only have one fuel filter in the whole store thats 8 dollar. Would rather steal parts than shop here again
I walked in, i told them the make and model of my vehicle and that I needed a starter. They were very quick to tell exactly how much it would be. It took them about 3 seconds to hand me the part.
Next day, I returned the core. Very easy to get the refund. Handy having a part store open late.
