Going through the process of doing a full restoration on my 1976 firebird esprit. Have ordered all my sheet metal and interior, exterior parts from this company. Can't express how much help they have been! Even when I couldn't find the parts for the longest time firebird central pulled through! Cant wait to finish the restoration and have them to thank for it.

I'm very grateful to Firebird, Central.I have been restoring a 67 Firebird.For a year and a half and they have had every little piece , every part that I have looked for, it has made the restoration process much easier, expensive, but much easier.

Charged me almost $20.00 to ship a box that weighs like 3 ounces. Outrageous. After posting this the company blatantly lied in their post saying that they only charge what UPS charges them. I ship packages for a living. It does not cost 20.00 to ship a package like they shipped me

Stumbled upon their location while vacationing close by. Drove an hour to find them, the place didn't disappoint! Small but jam packed with cars, engines, transmissions, Tshirts, signs and miscellaneous knick knacks. We've ordered from them online, it was cool to see 'behind the curtain'. Thanks Cam for the great deals and hospitality!!!

I had purchased carpet for my 85 trans am but front and rear carpet didn't match. Spoke to Matt Haas who reviewed the photos I sent and immediately sent a return label and reordered new carpet from the manufacturer. Matt provided exceptional customer service and is an asset to Firebird Central. I won't hesitate to buy from these folks again!

3 stars because they have a lot of what you need for firebirds and camaros. only, 3 stars because their shipping prices are so ridiculous. I end up emptying my cart and buying elsewhere.

I have placed 3 orders with Firebird central and the products received along with communication from Matt and Ryan have been first class. Postage to the UK is fast and reasonably priced. Their easy to navigate website makes ordering the correct parts for your car really easy. If an item wasn't in stock I have been quickly notified. Definitely my one stop shop for my car parts.

I'm restoring a 67 Firebird convertible. I almost gave up on finding cocktail shakers but Logan came through for me and found them. I drove from Tennessee to pick them up and when I arrived both Logan and Shawn helped me out tremendously on installing them. They are both knowledgeable on my Firebird. I will definitely take the 3 hour trip for any hard to parts. THANK YOU GUYS!

These guys are very helpful and efficient in getting your order ready. The online ordering is simple. You can have the parts delivered or picked up at the store. They also sell AMSOIL Z-Rod oil, the best oil for our classic muscle cars. The store is conveniently located right next to I-75.

I have 2 Firebirds and 2 Trans Am's that I am restoring. Firebird Central is the FIRST place I go for parts... - they have been able to maintain a great selection in stock despite the supply chain challenges. - part quality has been really good - Only once did I have an issue with a control arm and they dealt with it urgently and to my complete satisfaction. - their people are super helpful and quite knowledgeable about their parts, application, options, etc... like they are all restoration experts themselves. They never make you feel like you are asking dumb questions. Super patient and helpful. If needed, they will do research and call you back as agreed. Not sure who is running this business, or where they find their people... but this is a good company and a really good team.

June 2022 Update: Great service, took only 12 days to get my special order. Ordered some small parts for my 1981 Firebird and a complete decal kit produced by Phoenix Graphix, everything is great, except for the decals, I find the pillar birds a bit off, not the right size and color, I will contract Phoenix directly. A word for my Canadian friends, the cost of shipping from Firebird Central was a little high at $114.79 US$, and then had to pay $134.44 in CDN$ for duites and taxes, but this is the cost we have to pay to get the good stuff, complete OEM decals kits are not found in Canada. Thank you Firebird Central - George One year ago - Just received my Vintage Air kit and emblem for my 1981 Firebird, everything is perfect, nice touch including a nice Firebird calendar. Now the fun part starts, the installation. Great service from Firebird Central. Thank you George

I am changing my below review based on an outstanding response from the leadership team here. The CEO personally reached out to apologize via email and I received a call as well. This is the way you are supposed to treat customers. I will purchase from them again as I have done in the past. Thank you! Don’t waste your time. They may have the parts you need but “can’t” or is it really won’t tell you. Was about to order parts for a new convertible top and was told I had to order them before they could tell me if they were in stock or not. Then was basically told If you don’t like it then we can’t help you goodbye. Unbelievably rude, worst customer service ever go buy the part somewhere else. Some companies just don’t get what good customer service looks like.

The sales person was extremely helpful double checked to assure that the 2 items were in stock and had promt delivery. I would have rated the a 5 except for the fact that after receiving the items I had to replace all of the bushings and ball joints due to poor cheap quality. They not only had excessive play in them were not the same design of factory one of the bushings had what looks like Elmer's glue holding it in place. Moog now controls my ride and extra $100.00 plus but their service gets a #5 Rating.

Best customer service of any online specialty auto supplies for classic cars. Every order Ive completed with Firebird Central is shipped out quick, and if its back ordered it usually arrives a couple of days after I get notification they have shipped my backorder item. Absolutely will continue to purchase items for my 2000 Transam WS6

Avoid this company! Poor communication and poor service. I got my order missing a part, and a note saying back ordered. No heads up. Iv been waiting 7 days already. I was emailing with a rep, Ryan Adkins, and requested he refund me for the missing part and cancel my other order. Now I'm getting the silent treatment. I've had to open paypal disputes to get my full refunds. My first and last time dealing with this garbage company. Terrible customer service.

Below was my original review but since a company rep named Ben Tucker reached out and offered to reimburse me for the shipping I incurred for returning the product in question, I have to say they did the right thing it's always better late then never. Horrible Horrible return policy, awful customer service and deceiving information about products , before I actually ordered the item I sent an email asking if the item would fit my vehicle year and motor size since the information listed in the item description was confusing because it mentioned a bunch of sizes but at the end it said " AND ALL OTHER GM MOTORS", their response was " These are exact fit for all V8 engines sizes and it lists all the sizes including pontiac 1959-1981 V8 engines", so I decided to order them, Guess what they did not fit, so I asked to return them but I have to pay shipping and restocking fee, are you serious I said you told me they would fit I should not have to incur any charges well They responded by saying even though the email states that it would also fit all other V8 engines from 1959-1981 your engine is not listed therefore it's on you. Wow what great customer service (NOT), so be careful they play word games with their item descriptions if you are going to order something because of price difference make sure you get the model numbers from other sites first I would not trust anything they say. In closing I had to pay for shipping they waived the restocking fee but I will never order from them ever again I'll stick with the big name brand companies who actually care about customers, If I had that attitude with my customers I'd be out of business real quick but we don't that's why in 27 tears in business We still have 100% customer satisfaction.

While they are a great resource for Firebird parts, I'd order more from them if they'd get their shipping act together. Placing an order on a Thursday, only for it ship out on Monday is just not acceptable any longer. Most of their competitors such as NPD will ship next day, or same day even such as JEGGS. There are certain minimum expectations that just have to be met to remain competitive these days. You cannot be more expensive and slow. Something has to give.

Parts showed up as planned, but unfortunately 2 of them had small dents in them. We had to start installing them so we will just fix later. That is why we only gave 3 stars. Packaging seemed a little weak for the parts. I will try and add pictures later. Guessing it wasn't necessarily your fault, but if packaging was stronger i believe it probably would not have happened in transit.

These set belt guides are a perfect match for color, material, and design to my original ones. I will definitely order from them in the future when I need more parts for my 2002 Convertible Trans Am.

im a master tech for over 20y. i ordered a part that wasnt even close to fitting the vehicle i am working on. i called to deal w the problem and had to leave a voice mail to be called back, 3 days latter no call back. i called to return the part they told me that its my fault because i cant to read properly, this was said to me 3 times during the conversation. the part is listed as 1967 to 2002 AND IS NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE. they were hard to get in touch with and very rude on the phone. this company is a scam and a complete waste of your time.

Disappointing return policy. Automatic 20% restocking fee no matter return time or if new. No return on stickers, etc. I have not seen this with other vendors. I placed a $600 order with these guys on my second Trans Am restoration. I have about $40 in return items to return but not worth the time for shipping and restocking fee. This is my last purchase here due to return policy.

Ordered parts for my firebird some came wrong. They would not ship me the right parts. Matt the parts guy would not call me back with any updates. It's been two weeks since the original parts came in and I still have no answers if I'm receiving the parts I ordered. Overall I'm very unsatisfied with my experience.

Ordered Firebird/Trans Am parts and was told all in stock and would be shipped; Got shipment today but all 3 high dollar items not with shipment and they only now informed me that those items will be supplied/shipped by the two suppliers. In other words they were not in-fact in stock! I don't like this BS and will call their suppliers direct next time.
