Locked my keys in my car. And tried everything I could to get into the car to get them out. After several hours of struggling and not having any luck I called Candido’s they came out and had the door open within seconds!! Huge shout out to them for helping me!!
I’ve used them three times it just doesn’t get any better than their service people. There Service is amazing. I called them. It may took 45 minutes. Will fix the trailer and I’m on my way.
One of their tow drivers almost killed me because he must think he has a right to every lane on the road. I was in the left-most turn lane to get on I65, he was next to me in the right-most left turn lane (to turn onto the local level street), but he took a big swing and then came into my lane. Then he rolled his window down to cuss at me. I had to back up into oncoming traffic after their light turned green because he wouldn't go on. Other drivers were yelling at him to go too. If you see a Candido's Towing truck on the rode, stay away because they clearly don't screen drivers well. Are other drivers supposed to be psychic? He was in the turn lane that went straight, not the one that was for turning left onto I65. Truly, he was irresponsible and dangerous and shouldn't be on the road. I have the truck's US and KY numbers as well as the plate of the truck they were pulling, if anyone there cares about how their company looks.
Trucks are amazing and the team members at this organization are first class! I personally know several of the heavy duty team members at a few of their locations. Good people that are trustworthy and they are out to do the best for you and your family with the cost in mind. They understand, things are tight right now for all of us, especially the Truckers!
Busted a universal joint and driveshaft on the interstate called for a truck. It was there in less than 30 minutes. The driver was very friendly, very professional. I would definitely recommend this company again.
Simple their website states open 24/7. When you call on a Saturday? They inform you they only provide mobile service on wknd and of course we all know how high mobile wknd service calls are for big trucks.
