  Worst business ever, hired my husband & he worked 2 weeks straight while they lied and said he’d get paid weekly, & kept lying about when he would get paid all while having a newborn at home, and they never paid him and stopped answering his calls.   Very unprofessional, Driver he had glasses on and was asking me personal information that had nothing to due with him towing the vehicle. I understand in some situations but this wasn’t one of them. There was another guy with beard in a flannel he hooked up right away but the guy with glasses stopped it and jumped in the tow truck and he repeatedly made the truck make a awful grinding sound. The guy in flannel seemed frustrated with glasses guy. Wouldn’t use again

  Worst experience ever!! The tow truck was completely unsafe in too many ways to count, it’s going to cause the driver or someone else to get hurt! The driver was very nice and did the best he possibly could in the situation, he was not at fault for the condition of the tow truck. It was seriously a joke. I’m also reporting the truck to Dot.
