I was supposed to write this in the beginning of the month, my battery died while I was delivering a load to Sherwin Williams in Kentucky. I panicked didn't know what I was going to do, I didn't want to call my company, and I just so happened to see two Jade's towing trucks, one big one and a regular size one. I walked down the lot to the smaller truck and ask the guy if he could give me a jump, he said give him a minute because he was helping another driver, I waited for him to get done with the other driver and when he was done he helped me out and gave me a jump, without charging me. This tow guy was a big help, I didn't have to call my company and wait for hours until they sent someone be Jade was their to the rescue. If you have a break down or just need a jump or whatever you need, give JADE a call, they are at your service. Good people are there for you that works for JADE. Give them a call . Thank you JADE!

This place is the best!!!! Listen, you know how it goes when your semi breaks down, but this time it was a mess & would have been worse if it weren't for Tony here. Our trucks DEF pump went out so of course, had to be towed. Thank God for Tony at this company. Got us to the dealership, then the problems started. The city we were in it's impossible finding an Uber, couldn't find one at all, so Tony offered to take us there, get there & the guy turned down our service dog, which btw is my next review of Super 8 by Wyndham in Ashland, KY. So Tony, which every right to leave us there, didn't waited on us to call our company & find another hotel. Found one 20 miles away & this poor guy got us there. I felt so bad. It was me, my husband, & our 50 pound Pitt in this beautiful Peterbilt. It had all the bells & whistles. Took us by Wendy's to get something to eat before dropping us off, I was $5 short on my order, he threw it on the counter. Then got us to the hotel. He has a 3 hour drive home & already waited 2 & a half hours for payment from our company then Delta with our B's with the hotels & not finding an Uber. Didn't complain or anything, friendliest guy ever. I'd give this company 10 stars if I could. Very caring people & us definitely worth anyone using. Went over & beyond, done things any other tow company wouldn't do. Thank you Tony, me & my husband found a new friend for life & definitely would recommend to anyone needing this service
Dalton was driving behind us when a vehicle tried to pass and hydroplaned into our vehicle he stopped and helped me and my family out of the car,helped get our belongings out and took us to enterprise to get a rental so we could get home. The world needs more people like him.
I have to say that this company has my business if I ever have to use them but I highly recommend this company for any of your towing and recovery needs I'm from Georgetown Ohio and I was in Winchester Kentucky yesterday picking up a car I bought and my truck blew up on Kentucky 15 and AAA sent Jade towing the driver was awesome and very professional and helpful I was highly impressed with everything and the wrecker was awesome great job Jade towing and recovery you guys are amazing and I appreciate the help and the service with getting my truck to the house
They always come through for me in a pinch (I use AAA). They're fast and most are friendly. The only complaint I had is when I was checking on the status of where my car was, my friend that was driving me home to my truck joked and said "how much is that thing worth?" Referring to my car. The towing man said "I don't know some old lady called for a tow" first of all?? What the actual hell?? Who says that?? I left a complaint with the operator who forwarded my information to the supervisor. The supervisor and I played phone tag for a few hours until we both gave up. Would've gave them 5 stars if it wasn't for that rude and ignorant employee. Other than that, amazing service!
Very pleased with the service! Had a flat due to a nail and needed assistance putting on a spare. It took less than an hour to call and have someone come out to help! Scott was very friendly! Would definitely use them again in the future if needed!
Guys did a great job helped me out in a desperate time of need and didn't charge an arm or a leg. Driver, Chris was very nice and professional. Drove me and my wife and truck and trailer 3 hours 1 way on a Saturday night in the rain. Forever greatful for their help.

10/18/24 THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! Having worked in the Towing industry on and of for over 20yrs I gotta tip my hat to these folks. Saying they are Respectful, courteous, professional and lightning fast is an understatement. We hit a brake shoe from a big rig and busted a tire. On a Friday night with tons of traffic I called in to the dispatch office at 8:02pm and was back on the road and homeward bound by 8:37pm. If there was 10stars I'd give it to them, Thanks guys for helping an old broken down Tow Operator out!
Cody was a pleasure to deal with. His communication was excellent, his truck accommodated our low profile exotic, was new and well kept, and our conversations were engaging during our three hour trip tonight. He would ask us if we wanted to stop-by to use the restroom, buy drinks/snacks, or just to stretch periodically. He drove safely and got us to our destination safely. A+

My driver was Nick, and he was extremely hospitable, polite, and even attempted to get my car going. Went to my destination and then took me to my hotel. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone in a jam!
Great company. I had a vehicle broke down in Berea and within 5 minutes they showed up and it was on its way to London for repairs. Great professional drivers. I really can't say enough. They really take care of first responders as well. Definitely will be calling them again.
I would recommend this company to anyone. I called and within 15-20 minutes they were in my driveway and got my car towed to Winchester. Was very friendly and helpful throughout my whole visit with them and they started to tell us that we would have to wait until Monday morning to get our vehicle but then they said they would go ahead and send a guy to unlock the gate for us and let us get it thankfully. We just needed to examine the situation to them and then they helped us right away. Very friendly drivers as well.

Outstanding service. The driver Sean called and was onsite in less than 30 minutes. Knowledgeable, Friendly. He wenched out our stuck Ford Flex and we were on the road in about 15 minutes after he arrived. Great overall experience!
Very pleased with Jade Towing! Sean arrived within 10 minutes when we received an initial estimate of 45 minutes from AAA. He had excellent customer service, even going the extra mile to drop us off at a nearby hotel after our car broke down late at night.
This is my second time using them. By far the BEST customer service. Their entire team is so respectful, helpful, and just honest. The world needs more companies like them. I never felt uncomfortable or like I was being scammed. These guys are just the absolute best!! My car was done for and they were just so understanding and helpful. So grateful for them!
My daughter broke down returning to campus on Easter day. The rest of the family was still out of state. But Jade towing had her car picked up off the interstate and at a repair shop in less then an hour with a reasonable price. Professional and great service.
We’ve used Jade multiple times for different services. One to have my vehicle towed, and the other to unlock my door. Tremendous service from both technicians. Very polite, prompt, and more than helpful. I’ve already recommended them to friends that have needed help and they’ve all had the same experience we did. Dylan and his crew are exceptionally professional and prompt to respond. I had locked my keys in my car. Although it was nearly 8:00 pm, he personally responded because his other staff were on other calls. I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate all of his help!
