Needed my car towed was told by another tow truck driver from a different company. They couldn’t do it. Robert and Adam came had my car on their truck in less than 10 minutes. Wonderful customer service above and beyond if you ever need a tow truck call them.

Donald was a lifesaver! He had to take us almost 4hrs and then fixed the problem when we got here. Absolutely will use again if in need. He made sure we immediately got into the truck after being in the 100⁰ heat for hours while broke down. Definitely made a rough situation better. Cant sing his praises enough!!

Great, fast service! Even helped to find somewhere to get my tire replaced! Very happy with the customer service from the lady who called about what needed done (AAA sent them) as well as the driver.
I called classic at around 9 at night to get me unstuck from my driveway they arrived around 10 and winched me out quickly enough but then the guy backed out and ran over my mailbox and broke it off completely and just kind of said my bad and still charged the 80 dollars for pulling me out. Seems like he should have at least discounted it. I didn’t want to haggle at 10 at night because he had the road cut off and cars backed up to a blind curve. So they did the job fine. Receptionist was great but the 80 dollar fee turned into 160 because I had to buy a new mailbox. So if they damage something you may just be out of luck.
Super fast didn’t even take 15 minutes to get to me Wayne was the one that came to change our tire everything went fast and smooth,, spoke with two other ppl from the office but didn’t get their name they also was very friendly,,, will highly be recommending them to friends and family.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to leave one for this company for sure. They were so incredibly helpful to me during a really tough situation. They were very understanding, and Dottie was so reasonable and willing to work with me about the pricing. Bradley also got to me really quickly, helped drop my car off, and helped me get to a much better place. They made a hard day so much easier for me… and the least I can do is leave a really good review for them!! It’s hard to find people who are empathetic and actually care about you as a customer, and these people do!
I had called this company since I needed help with getting back in my car I was actually locked out of both of my cars!
& Anytime I’ve ever called AAA or any tow company they take anywhere from 1 hour to 3 or more hours and to my surprise, My driver “Brandon” called me to give me his ETA and to tell me he was about 15 minutes from my house, letting me know he’ll be to me shortly, which I’ve never had a courtesy call from any tow company giving me a time frame, so that was another nice gesture!
Not to mention he arrived to my location in less than 30 minutes.
He was very friendly, Answered any and all of my questions I had and he was very very polite.
His name was Brandon and I wish I could give him a 10 star rating because he deserves it and a raise for his friendliness and how fast he got me back in my vehicles!! I truly wish AAA and more tow companies had more people like Brandon working for them.
Just had the absolute best experience with Classic Towing. We had a unique situation happen in which they could have taken advantage of us and we would never have known, and instead they went out of their way to save us money. I doubt any other tow company in Lexington would have done the same. In addition to that, the driver Devin Johnson was the absolute nicest, most helpful person and went out of his way to try and help us jump a different car while he was dropping off the car he towed. I would highly recommend Classic Towing for their excellent customer service, as well as their prices.
Broke down in Lexington on a Sunday at 6pm. Dark and cold and had to be towed back to louisville. Wayne with Classic Towing was there in a hurry and got me home safely. Great operator! Thanks Wayne!
Our truck’s transmission went out just outside of Lexington. Our driver, Bradley, called to verify our location and to give us an eta on our pick up. He was on time and got us loaded quickly and drove us to Cincinnati to our desired location. Bradley, was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and courteous. All around top notch service and experience - would highly recommend.

Can't thank him enough. I (unfortunatly) had 2 calls and was sent James and his truck. It was actually a relief to see it was the same person. Thanks ever so much James.
