Norm did a great job getting my truck pulled out from under the guardrail without additional damage when I was pushed off the roadway by a woman in a huge RV not paying attention. He helped me get myself and dog into a motel (the truck was totaled) and helped me get a ride to urgent care the next day for x-rays. Thank you Norman for all the help.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this towing company. They were unbelievably unprofessional and downright rude from the very beginning. The price they charged for a recovery that wasn’t even that difficult was outrageously high, and they were almost impossible to communicate or cooperate with.
To make things worse, when we arrived to pick up the unit, the entire office was locked for two hours because everyone had apparently gone to lunch?!!! Lady answer my call while eating. Two hours — in the middle of the day, with customers waiting. Completely unacceptable. One of the employees actually spoke with me while she was eating, loudly chewing during the entire conversation. She kept talking and eating at the same time, which felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.
Norm came up to me in Cincinnati, to pull my truck and trailer down to Calvert City, KY for some significant repairs. Norm came out, hooking up in the rain, after having been out all night with my issue, and got us to Calvert quickly, and safely. Thrilled with the service he provided, and enjoyed the ride.
Norm was super friendly and helpful in the rain to get my car pulled out of a ditch. Fast service and went above and beyond to help me. Excellent customer service!!!
The lady on the front desk is not even trying to help and listen. We called for a road call just to tight one crown nut on the steering arm and she said that is something he (the mechanic) can't do. OMG what you can do if you can't tight a nut with a wrench?
Avoid them.. totally disrespectful and unprofessional to the business...
Our car stopped in the middle between two busy highways, and Jacob was there very quickly with his wrecker to load up our car. He was very professional very kind asking if there was anything we needed because it was hot weather outside. I would recommend Stinnett towing 100% to anyone who needs Services that they can provide.

He was trained well, professional in his mannerisms, took very good care of my equipment as well as his truck, very clean cut, professional organized guy.

So I cannot get enough praise to this Company! And to be more specific, Danny! My boyfriend and I drove out from New York to Illinois last week to pick up a truck. While driving our Ford F650 home we Broke down. A couple who pulled over to help us suggested that we called Stinnet. within an hour, Danny showed up and saved the day! Not only was he nice, polite and friendly he knew EXACTLY what to do. He recognized the problem with the truck right away and fixed it. And then he was kind enough to follow us to the gas station to make sure the truck was running without any more problems. Thank you thank you thank you Danny!!!!! You saved the day!!!!! Nice guy towed me from where I broke down to freightliner about 40mi total. Charged me 450.00 which is very reasonable. Hopefully I don't need to but I would call him first if I break down in that area again

Took me in 5 min to closing. Dan worked on my trailer for 2 hours heating every bolt with a blow torch to replace my tire. Thank you saved my day. Everyone else was 3 hour wait in the area. Great price !!!!!!

I was a 2 wheel drive in a definite 4 wheel situation. I remembered seeing Stinnett Towing for years and desperately called the number, hoping someone would still answer at this time of day. Thank goodness for cell phones and google!! Marty was very kind and professional. He came as soon as he could, off hours, my I remind you, and diligently pulled my car to safety. On a Sunday morning while we were traveling home from Florida to Iowa, we experienced a vibration and noise in our 2003 GMC Yukon. A person at the gas station suggested it might be the differential and that we shouldn’t go any further before having it checked. We contacted Marty at Stinnett and he was there within 30 minutes. He diagnosed it as the universal joint going bad and that it should be replaced. Sunday in Paducah, KY, what are the chances……..none. While he said they don’t NORMALLY do U joints, if we wanted to bring into the shop tomorrow, they could probably do it in the morning. Why would we have anyone else do it if he offered? We did attempt calls to a couple to local shops to no avail so Monday morning, we were at the shop and after one of the repairmen got off a road call, he was there to do the repair. It took him all of about 90 minutes, completely removing the drive train, replacing the rear U joint and reinstalling. And when he told me what the bill was, you should have seen the smile on my face! Let’s just say they were more than reasonable for a stranded, out of town motorist that they could have taken advantage of! So, after paying the bill and leaving a generous tip, we were on the road by noon on Monday. I asked the repairman if he knew what a road angel was, and he said they have been called that many times. Marty and his crew were our Road Angels on this trip! I would not hesitate to contact them if you are experiencing any kind of vehicle trouble when going thru Paducah.

I had a flat tire on I 24 west. Right at mile marker 29. It took me more time getting hold of my insurance company and having them send somebody, 45 minutes. Than it took for the tow truck to get to my location, change out my tire, tell me where I should go to get another tire, which was right down the road and very reasonably priced. I wish I had gotten his name, he was great.
Had an airbag blow out on my trailer, and needed a tire. Got everything done in under 3 hrs, even having to go to Paducah to get the part. Very good price for the work and all. I was pleasantly surprised. Great guy. I've shared their company info to the rest of the company I'm leased to. Thanks for a great job guys!!
