Highly recommend McCoy for any towing needs. Jaime came out and got me taken care of in no time. I was out in basically the middle of nowhere too. I had went to an Amish produce stand and my car wouldn’t shift into gear for me to leave. My car is nearly completely electronic so I was SOL. Called them and they answered first try, came to my rescue, got my car to Greenwood Ford, couldn’t have been a better experience. Thank you Jaime!!!
I will only request Mccoys Towing if I could. I was having some car trouble. I got stuck on the side of the road . lol dodge charger stalled while driving & Jamie Jesse literally saved me from the side of the road TWICE in a two day span. Not only did he tow me but he gave me a sense of security and comfort. The crew cab of the truck was clean, smoke free, uncluttered. Which is always a plus!
He literally gave me so much peace in a stressful situation. He went about above and beyond to make sure he took care of me. Even when he dropped me at home from Russellville KY, to Gary Matthew’s in Clarksville TN (they couldn’t store my car on their lot -construction was going on) & my final destination was to my home in Clarksville TN & he STILL had the heart to check my oil dip stick when he got it off the flatbed. He checked my engine and called a mechanic he knows within the company and asked questions for me. When I say I will ONLY use Jamie, I MEAN IT. I saved his number in my phone for roadside and that’s it that’s all! MR. MCCOY I REQUEST JAMIE FOR EVERY TOW AND THANK YOU FOR KEEPING HIM HIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF YOURS! . I don’t even care about insurance offering different companies. I will only use Jamie and mccoys!!

We were visiting from Nashville and our son's friend's truck got stuck in some mud and ice. It happened on a Saturday and of all the places we called, McCoy was the only tow service that responded. The driver (whose name I am so sad to say I have forgotten) showed up in less than an hour, was super nice and most importantly, very chill with the 17 yr old owner of said truck who was very close to panicking. He worked quickly and even gave him some advice to him on getting around (we were on a VERY narrow road next to a drop off)While I hope to never need their service again, I highly recommend them to anyone who does.

Having 30+ years in the Customer Service industry, I give Travis 5 out of 5 stars for outstanding customer service. Travis called when dispatched to provide an ETA. I called in a pinch as the towing company I had scheduled with fell through. Josh got to my house and had me loaded up and off to the shop within an hour and 15 minutes of me calling the company needing a tow quickly. Josh was professional and very careful with my SUV which was very appreciated. He contacted me at my request after dropping it off at the shop which I greatly appreciated. I was on the way from Warren County to pick up my great-granddaughter from school in Muhlenberg County. A tire went totally flat in five minutes. I pulled into a convenience store and called AAA. A technician was dispatched from McCoy's. Jamie called me to give me the arrival time. Kevin arrived within 20 minutes and worked in 100+ temperatures to get my tire changed. We experienced a flat tire on our way through a 12 hour road trip. We called McCoys and they answered immediately! With in 15 minutes, they were there and loaded us up to take us to Walden’s ( which is also 5 stars)!

I had a ripped up flat tire on 181, and then I was giving wrong direction ( North of Elkton , I was south of Elkton ) the Jamie was Soo understanding. Jamie and the Elton PD I called, cause I was in trick place just over nole, we're very protective of the task at hand for everyone safety. The Jamie had the spare down, had ripped tire off, and his power tools for installing tire, and his own air source to fill the tire and allow me to drive home within 15-20 minutes. They are Truly Roadside Heros !!!!!! Thank You for all You Do for our Community '(';')`~
I used McCoy 's Towing Friday I when through protocol call the 800# . They send McCoy's to me They were fast it only took them about 30.mintues minutes to get to me. I think he told be his name was Kevin not sure about the name. I have used them numerous times. They are the best very friendly and professional and polite. I will recommend them to anyone. They are the best around. I have had them out of Morgantown Kentucky and Bowling Green not as friendly as the McCoy 's Thanks to Jamie for calling me and letting me know they were on there way. McCoy's (more specifically Jamie J) was an absolute God send in the middle of a total disaster dealing with AAA. My family was stranded on the side of the road for hours after dealing with a lack of communication with AAA forcing us to eventually have to leave our vehicle unlocked with the key hidden while still on the interstate in the wee hours of the morning/night; in the hopes they could get a wrecker to the location. By the time McCoy got the service call and arrived to pick up the vehicle, someone else was there literally trying to steal our car! Jamie immediately called me and after some discussion contacted the sheriff's office to assist with sorting things out... this all the while we're feverishly trying to get back to vehicle. Luckily we were able to text Jamie documents proving the vehicle belonged to us that he was able to show the trooper. Jamie's refusal to leave and stand in the gap for us until everything was sorted out was top notch customer service! Again, we are thankful for McCoy Motors and highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs that they can service.
A+ customer service! AAA dispatched McCoy's to my location. Apparently AAA was having technical difficulties with their system. Long story short, Jamie from McCoy's didn't leave until he got the confirmation from AAA to tow my vehicle, he was extremely helpful and patient. He even contacted AAA himself to try and help solve the issue. All in all I am grateful for Jamie and McCoy's motors towing & recovery!
