Visone had a particular 2001 Itasca Suncruiser on website.
I emailed them and they asked me to point out part I was wanting.
I circled the body part that I was in search for.
I then called them to pay for part.
I wasn’t looking for random parts off of any rv
I was looking for a match to my rv.
I gave card number over phone and was never even given the shipping cost.
Elk later a random part shows up WITH A DENT that wasn’t from shipping and didn’t match the one I asked for.
I call them back and this is what I get.
WE DONT COLOR MATCH
send the part back and we will refund your money.
Three weeks and shipping cost both ways at my expense.
Screw these idiots.
Should have known better than to deal with someone with no personality over the phone.
I’ll eat this $450.00
Just a fair warning to anyone that decides to buy and not pick up personally.
Just an update.
After contacting them, I was told that I would be reimbursed for the part.
They never sent over a return shipping label or return credit.
That never happened.
My opinion still stands

Absolutely amazing place to visit and shop! If they don’t have your RV part, nobody does. They’ve got between 2,000 and 2,500 donor RVs from every generation! really nice team too. 2 enthusiastic thumbs up!
The facility and people here are absolutely first class. They went above and beyond for a transmission in my coach. Not to mention saved me a ton of money. Highly recommend!! Thanks Visone RV!
Horrible customer service. I filled out the forms on their website, inquiring about parts. I uploaded photos too and never heard back. Then I emailed, with the same questions. After a week or two Kenny finally replied, asking for photos. I sent them again! Didn’t hear a word back for another week or two. Then I emailed again! This is a crappy way to run a business.

Unless you hold their hand and send all but the part you need to them they are worthless.
Sent info over for an exit window I needed. They responded asking what kind of camper. Just need a window for a project sent the dimensions over again. 3 weeks and still waiting. Called talked to the window puller guy who was very helpful at telling me when they get to it.
We purchased a part from Visone RV that we ultimately had trouble with. When we contacted the company back, Tim Cordell helped us through the process and made the situation right for us. We would use this company again, and recommend them for others.
Tim was great all the guys was. I had been talking with Tim on some parts and he was a great help. The owner was super cool and the guy that helped me pick out my own seats. Can't say enough on how these guys have helped my keep my Eddie on the road. Thank yuns again.
Had a very hard to find part for my vintage motorhome. I received a prompt reply to my inquiry. Fair price and fast shipping. Item was in very good shape for it's age. Very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. I highly recommend them for all your rv needs. Will definitely be doing business with them again.
This is the cleanest place I'd ever entered to purchase used or New products. I didn't know that you had to make an appointment but, I returned the next day & was treated absolutely wonderful.

Very professional, clean, and GREAT prices, not only did I get what I was looking for, but the Head guy / or owner?.. Was very polite and told me that he was in a hurry and was on his way out the gate's , he stopped what he was doing... He was heading out to deliver a R.V to a customer & was kind enough to stop and made a quick sale !

I needed a set of kwikee steps for our RV. They had a set and shipped it to me quickly. Couldn't be happier and I'm sure I'll be contacting them again for more help. Great company!
It took a little longer than we expected to get our items for our RV, but everyone was so kind, helpful, and considerate throughout the process. We will definitely be back.
When parts are discontinued, this is the place to come. I have bought several items from them with no issues.
Good service but remember the parts are used so don't expect brand new parts.
Customer service was superb. We bought a compartment door from them to put on ourselves. Despite my husband's great handy man skills the door was a bit challenging for him to do alone. We made arrangements with Trey to bring our RV to them to put on the door. While we were there, we picked up a few parts AND they also had a replacement rollout canopy, that they made time to install along with AC covers. We were there all morning through lunch and they offered us free lunch too. WOW! That is beyond great customer service.
If you ever need an RV part, chances are Visone RV has it somewhere on their well organized over 2 mile lot.

Terrible response from this company.
My steps are going out and in all the time driving down the road. Tryed to order parts. They wanted to sell the hole door. Misunderstanding about where part was sent pics and descriptions of on dashboard. That was two weeks ago. No responce still.
I highly recommend these guys if you're looking for RV parts. Excellent service, knowledgeable tech support, very courteous and worked with me through my issues installing the furnace they provided. Don't hesitate, they're great!
Well so far not so good at all . Am needing a transfer switch for my 2004 H/ R Navigator . Was asked to send some pictures , which I have done , and they sent me one BUT no where near the pictures I sent and one of the switche bodies was broken at # 3 lug .
I responded back with the situation again send some pictures OK ( sent lots of pics ) 2 weeks later got another setup BUT a little closer however it is missing the 2 circuit boards . By now 1.5 months later I am bewildered as to what to do .
As I am in FL I have opted to fly up to Kentucky and set my own eyes on the exact component I need and leave a happy camper , I hope ?
These guys always have the oddest stuff that you'd never think anyone has. Very knowledgeable in their trade. Some guy giving a one star review because they wouldn't sell him a door handle shouldn't put you off from buying here. It's so difficult to find used RV parts, let alone people who know how to identify them and sell you the right part!!
They are very helpful. We have been dealing with them for years have had nothing but good things to say about the guys and gals here.. prices are fair..

Great online site located in Ky, which sells and stocks RV parts or components. I have purchased switches no longer produced for our Jayco Class C in the past. They have a lot.
These people have a great business idea but have shady business practices and poor customer service. Every time I’ve needed a part they won’t ever sell me just the part I need. They force you to buy everything else attached to the part and over charge for it. For example: need a door handle? You’ll have to buy the whole door to get just the handle. Sort of defeats the purpose of being a salvage yard. Also, even though it says on their website to send an email requesting the parts are looking for, don’t bother writing it. They won’t reply to it.
Was like entering a top security military base. Parts ordered were not described, was charged for parts didn’t receive, prices for salvage yard way too high .
I ordered a full slide thru tray for basement. Very organized and professional. Price was very fair for both of us. Very clean...Not the old greasy junk pile mess, like most "junk yards" are. This place had mostly newer buses. 1600 of them. Try them. Good Place.
I have ordered four obsolete parts for my Monaco Coach and they have all worked. Excellent!!!!! I would have given five stars but when I emailed about a part I got a quick reply that they didn't have it. A week later they have it listed online. Other than that I'm glad they do what they do as some of these parts I wouldn't have access too. Thanks Visone!!!!!!
