The engine in my 2006 Discovery developed a head gasket leak and needed a new Cat C7 engine. I looked all over the country for an engine and someone I would trust to install it. Visone had the correct engine with only 49,000 miles for $12k. I talked to dozens of places about installing the engine. The Cat place that does all of Freightliners engine work in the Columbus area charges $197/hr to work on trucks. To work on the same engine in an RV they charge $230/hr. They also estimated nearly double the hours for the job. Visone charges $170/hr and gave me an estimate of 50-60 hours, then finished the job in 54 hours even after doing some extra work for me. I had my RV towed to KY and still saved over $10,000. This place knows RV's - all kinds. It's all they do. And the guy to talk to is Bucky. He is the best and will not let the vehicle leave until he personally drives it for over and hour and it is perfect. I could not be more pleased after driving it 6 hours back home!!!

Great place to get parts, furniture, anything else you need for your rv when you need a replacement. They are very helpful and easy to find! I have been using them for several items .

Ever try to find a turn single camera for a 2011 allegro? It's not easy. Called up Vison. Talked to the parts guy - located the part with prompt call back - had it in stock. Gave me a price shipped. I put it on the RV and it worked. Good business would do a business with them again. Great for hard to find parts. Service rep Very knowledgeable. Recommend!

Some of the friendliest staff I have ever met. They were quick to help me find what I needed an sold it at a very reasonable price. The long haired guy in the service department was very respectful and very professional. Definitely will be back.

Well ordered a leveling cylinder used so I would have it before my trip. Told it would be here the day before leaving. Called the day it should arrive and it's just went out today. The original cyl I took to have rebuilt 3 weeks ago was 2 weeks late, used cyl is late. Sorry but not much faith in the honor in business system any more

Tomorrow we will know about the service, as for tonight (after breaking down on the innerstate) we will rest safe and secure in our RV here at the yard as Kentucky RV (late at night) opened the gate and took us in, and did not charge a penny. That alone is worth 5 stars across the board. Thanks again...

What a great experience with huge inventories of new and used parts. Outstanding service department. Just sad to see thousands of salvage RVs!

I want to start off saying how thankful I am to the employees of this operation. My rental RV broke down about 30 miles south from Visone RV. The company I rent through was going to tow it 3.5 hours away from me and have someone I don't even know work on the RV down in east Tennessee (where it would probably sit for months). I was able to get in contact with Visone to have it towed to their location. Finally, after their work hours, the tow company was able to get it towed inside their gated campus where it would be secure. Visone reached out to me and was able to identify that the transmission needed to be swopped. Luckily, their was a transmission at their facility. They called me about 10 days later and it was ready to be picked up in time for my next scheduled rental. I cannot appreciate the quick turn around enough from this company. If you ever need parts, engines, water heaters, refrigerator, transmissions, etc. for your RV, I would highly recommend reaching out to them to see if they have it in stock. Thanks everyone!

If you have a motorhome or coach, this place is for you! All kinds of new and used parts (interior and exterior). Fast, clean, knowledgeable and friendly! I thoroughly enjoyed working with this team.

They "take pride" - NOT. Lazy and unresponsive. Took two days to travel through because I was told at least 1 item was available. Believe more likely too. Was told send your list - we'll get it same day. We booked 2 days to stay, not 1. Arrived, list sent right away. Heard nothing. Called back - we never got your list, resend. List resent with my request for receipt confirmation. Never received. I call back - yes, received, can't get to it for days. I explain circumstances ... its now 2pm, what happens: 9am next day, informed they have "nothing." Can only believe the only nothing they have is the desire to keep a commitment. Unbusiness-like and indeed inconsiderate. RESPONSE: WILL NOT REMOVE. READ YOUR BUSINESS LISTING. READ THE REVIEW. IT IS PRECISE, ACCURATE AND POSTED PROPERLY.

This company is an absolute joke! Before we made our purchase, we checked out their website and saw the no refund policy. We decided to call and spoke with someone who assured us we could send back the part we wanted if it didn't work. So, we ordered it over the phone, costing us a total of $212.00! The part was not what we needed, so we called this employee back. He denied he had guaranteed us his word of being able to return this part and refused to work with us in any way on some type of refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They are all about the money and not men of their words!

They write openly on the Internet. We come from Washington State and they've been closed for a year now. We called them before, but they did not tell us that it was closed. We are very unhappy that they treat their customers this way.

Ordered a couple of mirrors, very helpful, took my money, sent wrong color, broken merchandise. I've tried to send them back, they keep putting me off --"As soon as on comes in we will send it". Never happened. Disputed the transactions and they lied to the credit card company.

They are good if you have a class A , I have a 5th wheel. They do have all kinds of parts and accessories, furniture, appliances, stuff any RV would need. So if you're coming through this part of the country your in luck! They are very helpful and try to get you what you need if they can. We have used them 4 times now and highly recommend there service!

I have now ordered four hard to find/obsolete Monaco parts from Visone and they have all worked! Now my only ding for Visone. Their email response is always we don't have it, but I always seem to find it. That being said, they provide one hell of a service at damn decent prices! Thanks Visone!

Ignore the bots and digital whiners, calling them fake and frauds. I'm in NY state. I was concerned at first, simply because they're far away and some trolls gave them bad reviews. Not only did they have what I needed, but it was new, old stock and the protective tape was still on it. Exactly as advertised. There were only 2 things that were unexpected; 1, there was no hardware for the sink i bought. I didn't ask and it didn't specify. That's on me. 2, they quoted me 10-14 days for delivery. I was ok with that. I was even more OK with it arriving in less than 3 days. They had it picked and ready for shipping the same day. Don't believe the keyboard warriors. This place did what they said they'd do.

Dishonest Business. Charged me a premium price for 3 items, was able to barter price on 1 item and only shipped 2 items. 1 of the 2 items shipped did not fit and now stuck with. Lied about shipping my 3rd item and only offered me an in store credit for the item that did not fit which I woukd of had to pay shipping to send back. Stay away from the salvage yards.

Busy place! I called around and even called the factory and found out first hand how hard it is to find quality used parts. The factory price for new is rediculous. I stand corrected. The prices they offer are competitive.

Surprised to see so many negative reviews for this place, I've been buying from them for years and they have been great! People need to understand that you do not buy parts from an RV salvage yard to save money, you buy parts from an RV salvage yard because they are the only ones who have what you need! When parts are discontinued, obsolete, no longer available, etc., these guys are my first choice.

Very professional staff. Found part, pulled it, ,cleaned it and i had it in a week. Leveling jacks work perfectly. I won't go anywhere else for parts.

LOL, They want full new retail pricing for junkyard used parts. Save yourself some time and just get the parts new. Sorry guys, its a junk yard not a new vehicle parts department.

I bought a used c class and was getting the run around from a lot of local mechanics & RV shops. I was getting charged left & right for things that they weren’t even getting fixed & it was getting very expensive. A few places wanted over $500 just to diagnose my generator & some really basic things like checking the fridge/stove etc. I put out a request for a good local RV mechanic on FB and the heavens above responded and introduced me to Visone!! OMG! They are AMAZING!!! Terry and his staff are BY FAR the best around!!! And I’ve talked to most all the local places! They are INCREDIBLY knowledgeable, kind, honest, cost effective and extremely efficient. They won’t gouge you for pricing & helped me out so much! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get my RV running and in tip top shape for a trip and I can’t thank them enough! They are literally the best of the best out here! Thanks again Visone!!

Very disappointed. We had several items that we were hoping to find. They were very arrogant and not very willing to help. They had one of the items that they were able to get to easily and charged us about three times what it was probably worth because they knew it was a discontinued item from the manufacturer. Probably had one of the items that we needed most but wouldn’t let us look and weren’t willing to look for us.

Spent hours looking at photos of units on the web page picking the parts i wanted and had questions about only to find out they dont up date their web page and didn't have any units the brand i was searching. The web page showed 27 units. What a waste of time!

We are from Colorado and our AIr conditioner unit went out in Renfro Valley. We called first thing in the morning and they asked us to come by around 12:30 or 1:00 pm. We arrived at 10:30 thinking they might be able to at least look and let us know what the repair required and if they could do it today. If not our plan was to Get back on the road. Not only did they look at it, but replaced the unit and had it up and running by noon, and all this with a smile and a fair price. They even offered to give us a loaner vehicle in case we were hungry or the kids were restless. Nice people, impeccable service, and friendly attitudes. I would definitely use their services again!

Was just quoted $750 per side view mirror for a 1994 coach. Wow! There is a message on their website saying this- “Our great success and countless happy customers is a direct result of our relentless effort to acquire quality items and make them available to the public at wholesale or below.” Hmm, making side view mirrors available to the public for wholesale or below prices? I wonder if $750 is wholesale for a 24 year old mirror? Relentless indeed..

I needed a basement door for my '00 Bounder and after calling around the country Visone was the only one to have the part and around the expected price. It was in great condition, arrived as promised and I'm happy to say is now installed and does not even need touch up. Visone is now my go to place for used parts.
