They are only about making money. If your problem doesn't mean them, rebuilding a transmission and charging you $4000, they don't want your business. Waited two weeks to get it in for them To tell me, there is a code that I already knew about. And that they don't want to research the problem to fix it because it's not profitable. I was told "we are fortunate that we can pick and choose what business we want."

Thanks to transtech I was back up and running with an upgraded transmission in 1 week with a 3 year warranty for $2,800 flat. Love them!

Doug and his crew are outstanding!!!!!! Had to have the transmission rebuilt in my 2010 suburban with 220,000 mi. The day I picked it up the bill was less than the estimate and it now drives as good as the day I got it!

Had my Jeep back to him 7 times after he rebuilt it. He then threw his hands up and says I don’t know what’s wrong with it and that I might need to buy another transmission. What a joke!
