I looked like I needed help, Justin came over , went to the car & it was 22 degrees outside! He carried it in with a smile. They got the money back on my credit card and made my day! Justin was kind, patient, and very professional. Thanks for having a team member like him! He needs a raise! ( No I’m not related, but from now on I’ll think of Auto zone first!) I was greeted by an associate (Jay). I asked about the product (diesel can) I was looking for and was given perfect direction. There is a lot of items to select from, but I found what I needed.
Jarrod dye at the hodgenville location went above and beyond to help with lights and wipers. Couldn’t ask for better! The man needs a raise per my husband 😅
Genesea is the best I came in to get headlights for my car nd my husband is out of town and I didn’t have anyone to put the new lights in and she put them in for me. She is definitely the best thank you
Genesea was responsible for one of the best customer service interactions I have had at an AutoZone. Generally, most of your reps are polite and helpful, but she went above and beyond today. I just came in to get some replacement bulbs for my headlights. She helped me find the right ones and gave me recommendations. Then, she also came out and helped install them for me. And when I had trouble with one of the brackets, she again assisted in making sure that I could get the part that had fallen down into my car and put it on correctly. This was not expected and her level of care and dedication is highly lauded! In my line of work as a manager, I respect great customer service and she is a model for it. Thank you for having someone as genuine, personable and caring as Genesea!

The young man that help me was helpful I had a return on part super fast. Question how long does take to get the refund back on debit card after the refund? Please someone let me know
My car had engine problems stopped at this store.staff was very helpful especially (Gennasea Smith). Helped get a tow truck. Plus took me and my 83 year old mother down the road 3 different times to get a rental car to complete are trip to Indiana.

Been here many times and always great! Came today for a quick battery change in my car and ended up being a very difficult task with the rusted ports and bolts. Chris F. went out of his way to get it done and was successful. Highly recommend this location
Jenny is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me with now 3 of my issues. I had stopped going to this store because I felt I was better served at O'Reilly's. That was until Jenny. I don't know how auto zone did it but they hired the most knowledgeable and friendly employee I have encountered at a parts store.
Have been to this store twice and both times negative experiences. The first time, I walked up to the woman working the desk to ask her a question about a truck seat cover I wanted to purchase and before I formed a complete sentence she interrupted and said “I ain’t going to know nothin about it, just ask him (the other person on shift).” Like she was getting paid to be a breathing body in the store. I ended up leaving and purchasing it elsewhere.
The second time, I went to buy a simple cabin air filter for my other vehicle and an old man was working there. He seemed helpful at first, pulled up the filter I would need, and even walked back with us to get it. The problem was, he remembered the wrong number and was trying to sell me the wrong filter. I mentioned the ones they had in stock weren't the nice HEPA pureflow ones I ordered for $10 cheaper on Amazon and he said something like “you just can’t trust the garbage on the internet and it’s cheaper but not as good” despite my assurances that you can buy from a trusted seller and brand and it is indeed as good as (or in this case better and less expensive). I did buy this filter as well because I didn’t want to wait on shipping.
This autozone however, is full of unhelpful people who have little to no knowledge about anything, so if they actually bother to try to help they will probably do it wrong and cost you more. If you need to buy anything, consider ordering it online or going elsewhere.
The employees were acting like children. Throwing things at each other. The male put a basket over his head to play with the 2 female kids. The filter and oil I usually get was out of stock. He couldn't explain why. I'll never come here again.
This is by far the friendliest AutoZone I have been to. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door by the store manager Jordan, and got the parts I needed. She replaced my battery in a timely manner and took care of my needs. I highly recommend this AutoZone location!
Oh man Dan hooked me up I was in such a mess and I couldn't thank him more for anything. I was an hour away from home with a car I just bought and got a tire blow out with no tools and he helped me out with everything. It seemed like all the pieces to the puzzle just came together when he showed up. If you go here make sure to ask for Dan the Man. Thanks again for everything.
Jordan beavers went above and beyond we had our check engine light come on from the middle of our trip from Tennessee to Ohio it turn out to be a sensor she went above and beyond to help us find the part and get it installed extremely thankful. 5 stars
A nice new store will stocked and the employees were friendly and very helpful. I got in found what I needed and got out in record time! I was pleased and would recommend this location.
