Just an advance auto parts nothing stands out... It is a newer building so that's nice I guess.

A bunch of young kids that don't know what customer service is. No professionalism whatsoever.. Just tell you what you want to hear.. What I gave Advance Auto Parts 3 days to handle o'reilly's handle in about 2 hours.. If I was you and in Barbourville Kentucky Needing a part for your car. I would use o'reilly's. I would not use advanced auto parts

Honestly, I wanted one thing an they said no that it didn't come on my car an sold me something else completely.but the girl who works with them boys seen my frustration an stepped in an really helped me.not to thrilled with the boys but very satisfied with the girl who cared enough too help me out.thanks chick.

Steve was a HUGE help when we broke down with a busted radiator hose. It was a Sunday and I thought we were going to be stuck 3 hours from home, but with his help we were able to get the right parts and tools to get it fixed. Thanks!

Pretty good place. They just sale you the wrong part 50% of the time and then you gotta waste gas $ to return.

I was 3.5 hours from home on vacation. My truck started running bad. I pulled into Advance Auto. Brent came out put code tester on my truck. Found the problem. Stayed out there with me an my friend while we did a test to confirm that the coil pack was bad. He sold us correct part. Stayed out there with us while time. Brent an other 2 employees were very courteous an friendly. Would highly recommend this location to anybody that needs good help and a friendly face.

Great place to get your battery checked, or to buy windshield wipers. The staff are friendly, but I don’t purchase any major parts at any Advanced Auto, been burned before.
