Called about a power steering pump for an 08 explorer. Told me they had one and would have it out in an hour. This is roughly around 10 am. Sent my wife over an hour away to pick it up only for her to get there and them not know if they pulled it or not and have to run around looking for the guy who was supposed to pull it. And if course he couldn't pull it because he's incompitent. So then when I call up there to ask why they wouldn't call me and tell me he says he has other cars and is busy and apparently it's hard to remove a power steering pump . So based off my experience with them they are 1) understaffed 2) incompetent 3)rude. Terrible customer service. I hope dude i talked to was the owner cuz if not he should be fired asap.
Extremely helpful. I was in a jam looking for a part for an engine that was unavailable nationally from the dealership. Luckily Moyer had a parts engine and had what I needed. They got back to me in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks for the great service!
I came over an hour drive to get a fender they said they have online. Wasted 20 bucks in gas and left work early loss hours of pay just to get here and find out it is still on the car website says nothing about that problem is they said they have no time today to pull it and I can not pull it myself. So costed me a lot of money and time for nothing it only takes 10 minutes to take that fender off and they still had almost two hours before they closed. Theyhould have it on website if they can't take it off.
Guy at the front desk seems a little rude and ready to argue. Also told us over the phone the part he had there was what we were looking for. Got there and it's not the right part.
Had what I needed. They took it off and had it ready for a fair price. I can't say that about anyone locally that is why I made the 4 hour trip down there.
Friendly and helpful staff. Big inventory of salvaged vehicle parts. Fair and affordable pricing. Just don't go there between 12 noon and 1 p.m. unless you call ahead first because most of their employees are on lunch break then. If you call ahead they can have the part you want removed already and waiting there for you to pick it up.
Such nice and helpful people! My son needed a Replacement transmission for his 2005 Mustang. They pulled it for him and had it ready for me to pick up.
