Foreign Auto Salvage JunkYard in Crescent Springs (KY)

This place made it extremely quick and easy to sell my car which had a dead engine. They accepted my first offer without any haggling even though I thought my offer was pretty high relative to what other places had quoted me. They even toed my car from Walton-Verona at their expense. I have never had to sell a car as salvage before, but I feel like the experience I had here was pretty close to ideal.

Ten stars easily. The guy up front was actually nice... The gentlman eho retrieved my part wouldnt take a tip. The part was 100 dollars under what everyone else wanted. This place saved my a.. Would highly recomend if u need anything foreign. This place deserves business.

One thing I will say Kristen rocks. Very helpful, very respectful and never gets frustrated with any question ask. Everything I buy from them is tested. There's only a few places that truly does this, is all I can say. If you have an issue they will take care of it. RESPECT GOES A LONG WAY - ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT WHO EVER READS THIS.

Kristin was cheerful, and had excellent customer service, which is rare in the salvage industry. The first part didn't work, she was prompt and professional and sent a replacement out right away. I would absolutely do business with Foreign Auto Salvage again!

Very helpful. Helped me find a headlight assembly, hood and side fender for my wife's 08 Corolla. Prices were just as good as online and they got it to me faster than Amazon.

Called about a part, they had ot in stock. The woman told me she is currentlt chatting on line with a customer that is" interested" in it. I said, i was willing to come get it now. Said they could order me one for twice what the dealer wanted for one. What a joke.

I am a used imported car dealer and have used Foreign Auto Salvage for many years, They have always had an excellent selection of used imported car parts and treated me fairly on price and immediately addressed the occasional and inevitable mix-up of the right part quickly and to my satisfaction. They also manage a national car-parts dot com site used by thousands of dealers and other parts yards so they must know what they are doing. Keep up the good work.

I was only there briefly as they did not have a tail light assembly but the guy at the counter was nice and accommodating and the place was clean! They have a really nice set up at this place and I will definitely be back!

My brother and I stopped in this place hoping to find some parts for his vehicle. There was a time long ago when places like this were called junk yards. I can assure you that no matter what name that you choose to call this place it can and will save you some money! You can find just about anything that you need for your car. They pull, rebuild and have many items that will literally save you a bundle of cash! As Always, Enjoy!

Got a part from them and they will not pick up the phone for tracking, they hang up in your face for no reason, time to do a chargeback for taking my companies money and not giving me tracking. Very unprofessional lazy people. Now on top of all this, they sent the wrong freaking enigne, the nightmare continues. Still no one picks up the phone wow.

Looks like they recently updated the place but I haven't been there in a couple years common courtesy and quick with part pricing

Worsts business paid 346 for a trans was sent the wrong one called up and gave the specific trans part number was sent the wrong one again called and canceled after dealing with this for 3 weeks and was only refunded 260 was told that the trans was interchangeable after I specifically told them that I want the part matching trans so I don’t have to pay more for a tow to Cadillac for a reprogram and be out of money when Cadillac said if same part is used will not have to reprogram and want to say that the 80 dollars is for shipping and handling absolute worst bussiness

I called and spoke to a gentleman about some lug nuts for a 2003 Toyota Corolla s said he had lug nuts for $25 for five of them I explained I could get them at AutoZone for less than $2 each he was rude as he could get and asked me why I was even calling there I would not recommend their service. My experience here was horrible. Called ahead and they refused to pull the necessary parts. Drove an hour and showed up during business hours and they refused to pull the part. I am left wondering if I was discriminated against because I was a woman?

Don't have much at all and tried to sell me a new door for $300.00 even I can get it cheaper than that...

I've been there was they didn't have what I needed but they was real good and friendly people I will go back again
