I bought a new aftermarket swing motor. It lasted 18 months and they only do 12 month warranty. They bring in junk and cross their finger that the product will be good. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM IHM

got a part from them and was the wrong part and they didn't want to make it up they try to say that didn't tell them the right part i ask them was it the part that my air ratio bolts to and they said yes i got there part and it was the wrong one and call them and they wanted me to pay for the other one plus shipping so if anyone gets anything from this company i feel sorry for you
IHM is trustworthy and is a pleasure to do business with. IHM brokered the purchase of an expensive used part that arrived with internal damage. Sent photos of damage and IHM refunded all purchase and shipping costs - NO PROBLEM! Will be repeat used parts customer.

I located the parts I needed on Chris' website, emailed him with a list of what I needed. He emailed me back with a price, but there was some discrepancy as to whether his part included other parts that were attached as requested in the quote. I requested some photos be taken and sent to me so I could verify along with a listing of the actually parts included for his quote. After three weeks,numerous phone messages and multiple emails later I finally got hold of Chris on his phone. He declared that his quote was for one item and not the items I had initially requested. His price subsequently changed for the additional parts I had originally requested. When I requested verification of what he was actually going to sell me he decided to take the parts off the market and refused to sell me anything. My experience with Chris, the owner of IHM, was polite but frustrating, unfruitful and time waster. It put me in a difficult position with my equipment because of almost a months delay. I wish Chris would have researched his product more professionally and responded in a timely manner with the necessary photos. It was unfortunate that he did not adequately read the quote request, gave me a partial bid, and was unwilling to go the extra mile in simply providing photos in order to verify a product that he had and I needed and was willing to purchase. I'm saddened we couldn't communicate and reach an amiable conclusion. Therefore I have to give Chris and his operation a zero for customer service and willingness to work with a customer.
