Traveled up from Florida and car battery died in the cold. Through a series of unfortunate events ended up with a battery but the place I bought it from wouldn't install it. Went to O'Reilly's and was fortunate enough to meet Charles. He quickly installed it and made sure we were good to go for the trip back home. Charles went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful even when he didn't have to be.

Kevin saved the day for me!! While driving in the rain, my driver's side wiper broke. The wiper blade connection completely bent. Kevin was able to straighten out the connector so the blade would sit back on the windshield. He then replaced the blades with the correct size blade so they would not get caught up again. I thought I was going to have to go the dealer for repairs and I knew that would cost a fortune. Kevin had me up and running for under $70!! Thank you Kevin!!!
I had called 3 different auto shops in the area and no one would change my battery for me because of a simple plastic cover on top of my battery. I called O’Reilly and Austin answered the phone, and I asked him if they could change my battery for me because most places have said no, so he said absolutely, we’re open until 10, come on out! I arrived 10 minutes later and they already had a battery ready for me, Austin completed my sale and Rodney changed my battery in less than 5 minutes. I’m super grateful for these 2! Not only are they quick, but so friendly and personable. THANK YOU AUSTIN AND RODNEY! My business will stay here :)
Traveling thru the area and had car trouble. Came into the store 3:45 on a Friday afternoon. They didn’t have what I needed on hand but Rodney jumped into action and sent out to the hub store for me. By 6:00 I was down the road. Rodney, Jake and the guys really stepped up. Nice to find people who still care. Can’t thank them enough.
Was looking for a windshield wiper hose connector, brought the broken piece in and explained what it was and where it went. The guy asked me to repeat myself because he wasn't listening. I repeated myself to him and he said "I've never seen that in my life" and then stared at me. Didn't offer to look for it, didn't offer to ask anyone else in the store about it. Just stood there staring at me, waiting for me to leave. So I did. Biggest waste of my time, and least helpful employee I've ever met. I left the store and a quick Google search was able to help me find what I was looking for, ordered it off amazon for 5 bucks. Don't know why I bothered with these guys, but if you like wasting your time and being treated like an idiot I highly recommend this store. 👍
Kevin was a life saver. It took us forever to find a receipt for an old transaction, but he never lost patience and made sure I got what I needed. Great customer service!
Ordered a part online and picked it up two days later. Hours later realized my issue was a loose vacuum hose. Douglass Hills O'Reilly's quickly processed return. Great service, I will shop there in future!
If i could give 0 stars i would. Nasty attitude from guy with the long hair and long beard. I came in to get a new battery he was extremely rude throwing boxes everywhere and stormed out the store didnt even tell me he was going to test my battery, then ytested the battery and started walking back in, didnt tell me the results. I asked and he rudely answered that it said whatever result that was the worse thing that could be according to him. I then asked if he could take my battery out so i can buy a new one he then proceeded to “look” for the tools just to say he dont got it someone must of stole them. So i go out my car doesnt start, i come back in and he says he got a jump box but when he sees me waiting on it completely ignores me.. never coming back. Im down the street at advance just bought a brand new battery and they are doing everything for me.
Wonderful customer service. Long story short I had a sheriff inspection for my new car. I was told to my driver's light was out and decided to get a light here.
Kevin, the one working at the time was very helpful and honest.
He took the time to even try to install my new light.
The car I have seemed to be a little more complex so he sent me to his buddy Oscar down the road at Mieneke.
Talk about really looking out for your customers.

WOW, pulled up at this store this morning at 10:30 a.m. and went inside. I stood at the counter and no one ever came out to assist me. The store was empty; however, the doors was unlocked. I have always loved getting what I need from O’Reillys, but after today unbelievable!!!
I went to the store looking for an unlock kit, Brian Steve and Lou were working. These guys went above and beyond and followed us back to our car to assist us opening our truck. These guys were awesome! Thanks a million.
Jake helped me out and tested the battery, said I needed a new one. Purchased the battery and planned on going home to install it, but Jake asked if I wanted him to install it for me (my truck is a pain to switch out the battery). Jake had it switched out in about 10 minutes! Great customer service! Helped my already stressful day become better. Jake deserves recognition. Thank you.
Went in for a battery test. They tested the battery but said they were too tired to help replace it and probably couldn’t find the jumper to help if my car didn’t start again then the guy just walked away. Good luck if you go here.
Was there a month or so ago to have our check engine light read and get new windshield wipers. An employee named Sam helped us with every step. Sam checked the code on our engine light, changed our wipers, and did it all with a smile and friendly conversation. Excellent customer service - will definitely return.
My battery needed replaced and the nicest most polite young man waited on me . His name was Sky. Great customer service is so rare these days !! O’Reillys you should give that kiddo a raise . He went above and beyond 10 star employee !!!!!!
Good auto parts store. Plenty of selection, and most parts available online with a few days wait. Went in to quickly grab some oil and coolant, the employees were helpful and efficient and I was in and out in a few minutes.
Do not go here. I needed a battery for a car. I went to the store and asked to buy a battery and they said they would test it first, to make sure that was the issue (I had already done this before going to the store and they were adamant they do a test too). They did a test a told me I didn’t need a battery and I needed an alternator instead! I said no, I want a battery, they refused to sell the battery without the alternator.
I went half a mile down the road to Advanced Auto Parts and got a battery in 5 minutes and my vehicle works perfect since.
We would highly recommend O’Reilly auto parts! Our battery died in our car at 9:30 PM on a weeknight. We received very prompt and courteous service from Skyy. He quickly replaced the battery in our car. Very professional!
We just had a thoroughly good experience at this O'reilly Auto Parts. After a bungling at a nearby oil change place (remaining nameless) we stopped by to see if anyone could help with our headlights. Neil saved the day. He went above and beyond for us, above and beyond his job title. We appreciate all his expertise and his excellent customer service.
Came In to get my battery/starter/alternator checked. Wound up needing a battery replacement. Battery was installed for free. The wrong battery was selected by store employee at first but the correct battery was found afterwards. Store employee was nice but dropped my battery setting bolt and flange nut under my car and I had to purchase a new one from the internet since those parts are now lost. It was a small inconvenience after I had already paid almost 200 dollars for a new battery. I don’t want to be missing any parts associated with my battery.
Staff is very helpful and accommodating. I went in for a steering wheel cover and wasnt sure if it would fit. Guy took it out of the package and told me to go try it. Pretty cool. Kind of feels like small town parts store.
Let's be honest here, you could go have gone to auto zone, or nappa, heck even advance auto parts. You probably came here needing something you could have bought anywhere else too. The only reason you are here is because it was the closest auto parts store or the first one you saw. For me it was both. I needed to fix a flat tire and got my stuff, paid and got out. Good value and good service. Can't really go wrong with buying auto parts at an auto parts store
