I seen all these reviews and thought dang wish the police would stop calling them cuz the same thing happened to me today charge 650 dollars to tow and I called around after and told them and they all said I got screwed and also never told me what they were charging till after they picked up my car and drove down the road cuz I would have told them not to touch my car you got me this time but never again I will be calling the officer and letting them know and hopefully they don’t call this place ever again for someone in need cuz shoot they will help but there going to charge u an arm and a leg to do it too
Called for a tow when I got four flat tires an hour from home, and asked if I could call back after I checked other tow company prices/times as this was the first place I called. The operator/receptionist told us to not call back and “just go with someone else then because I don’t do price quotes”. We would’ve paid $405+ for this company, but the next company I called was able to tow us for $300. Save your time and call someone else who actually wants your business!
BEWARE!! He unjustly charges. He hid our boat behind an old barn. We were broke down and parked our boat in a parking lot. NO MARKINGS OF NO PARKING OR TOWED. In less than two hours back to pick it up, the mayor had it towed. Two miles and this guy charged $800 plus a 5% credit card fee because he wouldn’t take a check.
Very unreasonable price. Charged me $600.00 to tow my car after an accident that totaled my car . Jeffs towing only charged me 100 to tow it to my home which is a lot further than kellys did. The employees were rude and trying to get any penny they could out of me . They take advantage of the fact that i had no choice about my car being towed and i feel he charged , $600 for a tow that should have cost $100. I would never recommend kellys towing to anyone. No morals in taking advantage of someone who is already going through the trauma of an accident.
Very terrible service and extremely price gouge . Towed my semi truck across the road for mechanic to work on it in safe place. 0.02miles for $950 or your truck will be impounded.
Terrible place don’t use their service they charge 400 dollars to take a 5 gallon diesel 3 miles down the road . I called and the owner said “what do you want??” I explained my self respectfully and his response was just irritating.
