Received phenomenal service. The tower was very communicative, patient, and most importantly, kind. He even inquired about what was wrong with the car, plugged it up for me, and gave me his thoughts on what was wrong. For me, this meant a lot because most people wouldn’t take the time out to do this. Most would just dump the car and drive off. Pricing was also pretty good, especially since traffic was backed up due to two wreck. Again, Tower was very patient. Five stars isn’t enough, more like 10! Thank you, EMBRY’S Towing

Embrys brought me a vehicle that was gifted to me by a good family friend. I live a good 35 minutes away. called SEVERAL companies and THIS was the cheapest. They were fast and friendly and I would HIGHLY recommend that EVERYONE look to them for their towing needs!!!

If possible use a different tow company.The people who actually towed were nice. The people you call are very rude once the vehicle has been towed from my experience. Personal working at Embrys requested to keep the title. Not sure why when after the fact they state they don't junk it. Why ask to keep the title in the first place. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TITLE! If they say they will take care of junking it out. KEEP YOUR TITLE! THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE ONCE THE VEHICLE IS TOWED!!!! They do not communicate well in my opinion.
TERRIBLE. Terrible service. VERY RUDE AND HATEFUL. I paid $125 after my car was totaled and THE WOMAN had me sign my title over, KEPT IT and told me it was out of my name and I did not have to “junk” it out. As a 22-23 yr old who has NEVER dealt with ANY of that I believed her just to deal with TOO many issues since. They can reply to my comment but they KNOW they was wrong, the way the guy spoke to me over the phone was very much uncalled for, I even spoke to the police who said THEY can’t stand them and they’ve had to deal with MANY issues like mine from other women.
Service was super fast and a life saver! Used them for personal and professional emergencies and received exceptional service each time. HIGHLY recommend!
This was my second time using roadside assistance and my first experience from a different towing company was not great, so I was worried about a similar interaction. However, the workers at Embry communicated well with their ETA's and did not talk down to me while changing the tire. They were friendly and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently.
My rental car broke down in Evansville and dealing with Budget roadside assistance to get the car towed and replacement car to me, took a full 24 hours. After spending 18 of the 24 hours on the phone with Budget roadside assistance I was finally assigned a tow with Nick Embry’s tow company. He picked up the broken down car after finally getting the paperwork from Budget Roadside assistance. They had given him directions to a place to drop off the car that was going to be closed until Monday morning (it was Saturday morning now as the car failure occurred on Friday morning). He worked with me via phone calls and text messages and he agreed to return the car to the Evansville airport Budget car rental location. I met him there and took back the keys to the car so that I could get the replacement car. Without Nick Embry and his willingness to help and quick thinking, I fear I would have been stranded in Evansville until Monday. I successfully made it to Indianapolis to catch my flight home. Thank you Nick Embry for going above and beyond.

Embry Towing picked up my vehicle and delivered it to my home. The staff was in contact with me consistently throughout the entire endeavor.
The driver was exceptionally helpful, even going the extra mile to help me push my non-driving vehicle into my garage. The entire process was painless, actually even pleasant as the staff was friendly and really just good people that made a major difference in my day.
What normally is a major inconvenience turned out to be a pleasant interaction. And at a price nobody else could beat or even match. I will definitely be calling Embry for any services they offer in the future, and they have my full recommendation.

Was left stranded by another roadside company. Already sat for over an hour and Embry towing made it here as quickly as possible from several counties away.

Staff were helpful for the most part. They did get our car unstuck but dented the fender in the process. They did pay for the "repair" at a local body shop, which was ehh. They responded when needed, but overall the situation and how it was managed wasn't all that great.
Billy was a great guy and did an A+ job for me. I thought my vehicle was having some major issues, come to find out it needed a jump. He checked things over and I feel like he went above and beyond for me. He called and checked in with me to make sure it was running good and that I made it from Henderson to Union County. Would highly recommend.
I locked my keys in my car at deaconess hospital. Billy was the one who came to unlock it. He unlocked it within a few minutes, but stood and talked with me for around an hour. Truly one of the best people I've met in my life. Thank you
They came when the call came in for my car needing to be towed. The truck driver was very friendly and explained to us how the pricing for the tow and where they would have to take it. Every time I called...they was very polite and explained it well. Even offered to fix it. Going in the business it’s self...Nick was cooperative and explained everything to me as well. Embrys overall is a very good company to contact if you ever need any roadside assistance. Quick and polite.

Talk about hospitality and the saying "everything happens for a reason".. This company has had me in awe for days now!!! Here's my story.. last week, my two teenage kids and myself left central Indiana and were headed to Florida due to a death in the family. Well, at about 1am while driving down interstate I69, my tire blew. No spare with me. Now this was a first for me. I'll be honest, I was scared and unsure of how I could handle this at such time of the night. I checked Google for help, called the first place that said 24 hour assistance.. no one answered. Called the next place I could find, Renee answered! And I will say, from the very first conversation with her, my mind was put to ease! Within no time, Bobby showed up! Him and his girlfriend we extremely friendly and caring to not only myself, but my kids as well! Bobby went far above what he even had to for us. Not to mention the stories he shared!! Most people would have been angry at such a frustrating set back, but I am forever grateful for this whole group of people! Bobby is the hardest working man I've ever met. Hands down. The lessons and generosity my kids got to experience that night/morning, I will be forever grateful for! I can't say enough good things about the people and service provided at Embry's Towing! And I have to mention, very reasonably priced as well! Although I hope I do not end up in that situation again, but if I ever am in the area and need help, I definitely know who to call!! Highly recommend! These people reminded me that there are still great people left in this world!!

I was stranded in the middle of nowhere and called Embry Towing! Renae who answered the phone put me at ease right away. Billy who drove the tow truck was so kind and helpful! Fortunately they also work on vehicles and Nick was able to fix my SUV in a very short time even though he was very busy so that I could get on my way to my vacation! The tow and cost to fix the vehicle were extremely fair! Not being from the area I felt so blessed that Embry Towing was who I called in my hour of need!
