I was nearing the end of a 500 mi trip when my car broke down on the Bluegrass parkway in Kentucky. I was out of their service area but my insurance dispatched them to me anyway. They gladly took the job without complaint and arrived much sooner than quoted even after driving 51 miles to help me. They were super nice very professional very personable and they towed me the rest of the way to my home. Highly recommend!

Rob was such a lifesaver when my tire blew out! He was fast, they were very communicative and I couldn’t imagine a better solution after an experience no one wants to deal with.100% recommend!!!
Highly recommend. All of these accolades in the reviews for Rob are true. My grandson’s car had a front wheel fall off. All the lug nuts had loosened and the wheel fell off and was jammed inside the wheel well. Remounting the wheel was not possible due to the bolts also being loose. I honestly felt towing was going to be extremely difficult since the car could not be moved or lifted due to the missing wheel. Along comes Rob. Before he started, he mentioned he was going to take his time to analyze the best method to be sure he did not damage the car. He came up with an ingenious solution. He placed a jack (with wheels) under the wheel mount, removed the jammed loose wheel and used the jack as a fourth wheel to roll it on top of his flat bed tow truck and then, afterwards, to roll it back down on the parking lot of the auto repair shop. He then used a 8x8 inch wooden block he carried to keep the wheel from being damaged. I was very impressed. I do not think you can find a more congenial, personable, professional, and experienced person than Rob.

Rob, the Owner was absolutely amazing and so courteous when towing our Van last night when it was broken down. He called us and let us know of his arrival and was very helpful towing to our specified garage. I would heartily recommend him!
10/10 recommend. He towed me from Georgetown, KY to Louisville, KY no hesitation and once he unloaded it he helped me get it in my driveway before he left. He will definitely be requested in the future.
Rob was great. He took the time to make sure that no harm came to my car during the tow even though the tie rod was completely disconnected. He removed the tire and used a wheeled jack to prevent any further damage. I fully expected someone to just drag it onto the bed. We spoke after and he said he takes pride in his work and from my experience, I believe that to be true.
