Our car was stuck in our driveway. It was sideways in the driveway Thomas was great! He did a great job digging it out and getting it turned right. Made a path in the snow on the driveway to be able to get out.
Mom's battery died after a record winter storm with single-digit temps. We called AAA, heard the recording about priorities due to the weather, and figured it would be the next day before we reached the top of the list. But around 4 hours later, they called and were there within minutes. It was 20 degrees out, dark, and uneven footing due to chunks of ice and snow. But the technician was cheerful, unbothered by the cold, and promptly sorted out the battery. I am very grateful to Merciful Towing. I thought we received competent, straightforward assistance and I would call them again in a heartbeat.

My service was amazing. Dispatched was kind and understanding . However, the driver Tomas was very rude. And drove like a bat out of hell. And I felt unsafe riding with him. He was driving over 60 on Dixie. Along side of that he asked me if I wanted to drive my car to his truck on a blown out tier. I’m sorry I’m not the expert. I don’t want hi to lose his job. But I believe he should be spoken to about this.

Very friendly and quick service. Steve was the driver who picked my car up after hitting a deer. He and his team provided regular feedback and updates. If another deer ends up thinking the front hood of my car is a good place for a nap I hope Steve and merciful towing is there to help again.

Great communication from this company. They got assigned by AAA after another company failed to provide service. They called and let me know they were having a busy day and have m an approximate time when they could be there. Driver called on his way out to let me know of expected arrival. The driver, Thomas, was super polite, had good communication throughout and took excellent care of my vehicle. Even texted me after drop off to let me know. A+ experience.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in my time of need. We were stranded on the side of the parkway at 2am no sooner than I called in Thomas with merciful towing was giving me a call back and letting me know he was in route. Today was a rough day, but Levi Clevenger and Danny Allen made it so much easier. They not only called ahead to let us know they were on their way, but also handled our car with great care. What really impressed me was that they went the extra mile and sent a message letting us know our car arrived safely at the auto shop. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out, and I’m so grateful for the excellent service.

These guys showed up 15 minutes after I placed the call. They towed me from Shepherdsville to E-town and it could not have been a better trip! The guys were courteous and conversational. Merciful Towing is the best kept secret and I will request them from now on.

Contacted AAA for a tow and only waited 20 minutes or so for the driver to show. Driver who was James did a great job communicating and letting us know what was going on. He was very quick with pulling the truck out which was 10-15 feet from the road. We got to our destination and dropped the truck off with no problems or hassles, probably the best driver I have ever had.
