Great communication from this company. They got assigned by AAA after another company failed to provide service. They called and let me know they were having a busy day and have m an approximate time when they could be there. Driver called on his way out to let me know of expected arrival. The driver, Thomas, was super polite, had good communication throughout and took excellent care of my vehicle. Even texted me after drop off to let me know. A+ experience.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in my time of need. We were stranded on the side of the parkway at 2am no sooner than I called in Thomas with merciful towing was giving me a call back and letting me know he was in route. Very nice gentlemen he went above and beyond to be sure the situation was as safe as possible I highly recommend if you need a tow to call merciful towing and ask that they send Thomas out you won’t be disappointed!
My tow truck driver Thomas was awesome! They picked the car up very quick and took it to Louisville from over an hour away. Also they had the lowest price for their excellent service. I would highly recommend them 10 out of 10. Thank you Merciful Towing. Their receptionist was sweet also very nice!
Today was a rough day, but Levi Clevenger and Danny Allen made it so much easier. They not only called ahead to let us know they were on their way, but also handled our car with great care. What really impressed me was that they went the extra mile and sent a message letting us know our car arrived safely at the auto shop. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out, and I’m so grateful for the excellent service.
Thomas was a lifesaver! He showed up quickly and was very careful with our car. He loaded it safely and securely. He took a picture of the problem and sent it to me so I could send it to the mechanic along with an ETA. Thomas is the epitome of professionalism, service, and courtesy. Great people! I was stranded at a Dollar General in my pajamas and was not a Happy Camper but everyone I dealt with from beginning to end was AWESOME and made the whole process so much better to go thru. The price was so reasonable that I felt like I could actually breathe!

Thomas from Merciful Towing was an absolute lifesaver in more than 1 way. My family was headed to Florida for a family vacation when we broke down. Thomas got us safely to Kia dealership with flatbed. (We had 2 adults, dog, as well as a 2 and 4 year old. Thankfully he had room for us all.
Not only did he get us there....but found my phone which was dead under the backseat.
He charged it and returned it to dealership.
10/10 recommend.
These guys showed up 15 minutes after I placed the call. They towed me from Shepherdsville to E-town and it could not have been a better trip! The guys were courteous and conversational. Merciful Towing is the best kept secret and I will request them from now on.
Our driver from Merciful towing saved the day! We got connected with them through AAA. We couldn’t have asked for better service and are so thankful for them. The driver (I have terrible memory so I can’t remember the young gentleman's name) also caught another life saving issue with the car as well and said it was a miracle it broke down when it did or it could have been much worse. Mr. Randen Allen was hands down the most courteous, professional, and understanding driver i have ever used in my 34 years of driving. I was in route to Clark Memorial hospital to say goodbye to my aunt one last time before passing, and this young man made it so I didn't have to be there with the vehicle, so I could get to the hospital before it was too late, keeping me informed each and every step of the way. I want to thank him and Merciful towing for the OUTSTANDING job they performed getting my wife's suv to the house. Thank you again for everything. Merciful towing is a wonderful service. The gentleman that came to help us was absolutely calming for me in such a stressful situation. He was able to change the tire quickly in a very busy section of highway, keeping myself and my daughter safe in the car. From now on the only service I will choose to use when available is merciful towing.

Merciful towing came to my rescue again and I could not be more grateful for this company!! I was connected to them through AAA before and after a deer smashed my windshield, AAA sent them again!

My van overheated and I had to pull off the road. I called AAA and they contacted Merciful Towing. I could not stay with my vehicle so Danny sent me a text showing me a pic of my van safely delivered at my mechanics. Since it was after hours he locked the van and dropped the key in the key box. This is the first time I have had a tow truck driver let me know that my vehicle was delivered. In the past I just had to hope it was picked up and call my mechanic in the morning. THANK YOU Danny!
Thomas with Merciful Towing was awesome! We got locked out of our vehicle today, and we couldn't ask for a more prompt and polite technician to come help us get back in. We really appreciated his professionalism and the swift resolution of our issue! We felt silly seeing him get it unlocked in a minute when we had been trying to do it ourselves with a slim for an hour Jim for hours. 10/10!

Merciful Towing is absolutely the best. Danny is a super employee. He is very courteous and helpful. He came to my location very promptly. When he arrived, he offered to check things before towing the vehicle. The issue turned out to be a loose battery cable. He fixed it and got me running again. I was very appreciative of him for what he did. He is definitely awesome!!

Contacted AAA for a tow and only waited 20 minutes or so for the driver to show. Driver who was James did a great job communicating and letting us know what was going on. He was very quick with pulling the truck out which was 10-15 feet from the road. We got to our destination and dropped the truck off with no problems or hassles, probably the best driver I have ever had.
