I was stranded at home with 2 small grandkids and oldest grandson in school and my car had a flat tire. I gave Billy's Towing a phone call and he came out and aired up my tire. They quickly diagnosed the issue, I went and bought the part and they put it on and had me fixed up and back on the road. Highly recommend and very appreciative of everyone at the shop. I was stranded at the Saunder Springs Nature Preserve the other day. It was not easy finding a towing company or roadside assistance. I was lucky to come upon this company. Billy answers and said he would be out in less than 15 minutes! He drove me up to Walmart so I could buy oil to see if that was the issue and drove me back to help. It wasn’t the oil, but he did figure out the issue. He saved me from having to tow it back to Louisville and saved me from needing a further car work-up! I was able to make it to my son’s birthday I highly recommend Billy for roadside assistance, towing, or even to have work at the mechanic shop he owns. Thank you!!

They have the cheapest prices in town. The staff is amazing. You can tell when you talk to them they know what they're doing. They don't leave you wondering what's going on with your vehicle. In most cases you can get your vehicle in and out usually same day. They do amazing work add a very very reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Had an old pick up truck that had become too costly to keep fixing. Billy's towing came over, hooked it up, towed it to the junk yard for me, helped me figure out the process (i'd never scrapped a vehicle before) to drop it off and get paid for the scrap. Very helpful and friendly!

The driver was very professional and prompt and actually arrived sooner than expected though they were busy taking care of multiple customers.
Upon talking with the driver, I learned these guys also do auto repairs as well, he was very knowledgeable about cars, so I booked an appointment to get my Tahoe checked out.
Honestly I could of took the car I had towed by them to them, yet I had already had the repairs booked somewhere else which they spoke highly of the mechanic I was getting it towed to, which let me know I was in good hands either way.
Quick and affordable! The tire on my van went completely flat and I didnt have a spare. He showed up in 5 minutes to my location and drove it to the discount tire for us for only 100$. Most companies ask 150 JUST to hook up! Paying was quick and easy to. Everything went smoothly. No complaints here!

I needed a 30 mile tow straight on Dixie Hwy from Radcliff to Louisville after my car break down nightmare. He got my car there and I was able to Venmo him without meeting him in person. Car shut off on me. Billy's was a gem. Fair pricing. Excellent customer service. Logan the driver is the best. Treated and spoke with me like we had known each other. Felt very family oriented. Would use them again if the occasion arise. Definitely will tell everyone I know.
Insurance company couldn’t reach out to their towing company due to it being a holiday so they linked me up with Billy’s Towing. He said it be an hour or so but arrived to change my tire within the hour. Took him no time to put the spare on my vehicle. Provided both a hard copy and email invoice.
Had my thermostat in my car go out while driving and needed a tow; I called, and they had a friendly, respectful young man out within half an hour to tow my car home. He was very careful not to damage my car or any property, and you could tell he takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend them if you get in a pinch like I did!
Needed to be towed after the linkage on our truck decided to break. Called AAA since we're members and was told they couldn't get a tow services out to us until about 11pm, it was 7:30pm and we were stuck in the drive thru at Walgreens. Called Billy's and told him what was going on and that we needed a tow, he located his driver and told us he was not far from us and would be there in about 5 mins, he even told us he could fix the broken linkage if we would like and could have it all done in about an hour or so. 5 minutes later his tow guy was there, he was able to get the truck into drive so we could move out from the drive thru, they towed it back to their place and about an hour later we were up and running again. And the price for the tow and to fix the linkage was 3 times cheaper than it would have been to have the vehicle towed to just our house. They definitely saved us when we needed it. If we ever need anything again they will be the first on our list to call. Thanks so much!!!!!

I absolutely recommend Billy’s towing … i called him and told him how many miles I needed towed. His price was half of other places I called… and I like the fact that I contacted him directly. And he kept me updated with his arrival time (he was on another run when I called). It wasn’t 30 mins and he was pulling up. His services are highly recommended.
