Wish I could give zero stars bought a 2011 Volkswagen Routan van from here the very next day after buying the engine light came on hooked it to a computer said something about the sensor so I bought the sensor then it started to overheat and when I called I was told they would look at it for 50 an hour considering I bout it there finally they agreed to look at it they said it was a hose so they fixed it then it ran hot again so took it back so they could look at it again said that they couldn't find anything wrong but now the oil cooler is leaking so never go here for a vehicle update turns out the head gasket was blown the whole time and was blown when it was bought now I'm out 4 thousand and a vehicle
Bought a kia niro 2017 just in November 2024 and i was almost home 40 min ride and started jerking I messaged him on marketplace and he's Facebook got ignored it's now March 2025 still doesn't have my title are you serious then he put the wrong date on my tag so even if I could of driven it which I couldn't cause it's trash .... I was just in he's office heard him tell this couple someone bought a truck made it home just like me but farther away he said he sent his guys to fix it I asked what about mine he said I waited to long bull 🐂 crap I messaged him soon as I got home and he's fb messages no reply don't buy from him he'll rip u off 7000 thousand of all I had saved gone for nothing

Bought a car from them. Ran for a month before showing problems Fairchild takes no responsibility for selling me a faulty car without disclosing all its problems when buying it, waited forever for them to finally fix it, didn't have it longer than 5hrs before it broke AGAIN in the middle of the road while my daughter was with me and when I went the next day to give him the key to fix it AGAIN he was laughing like it was some kind of joke. Disrespectful crooks DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU LOVE WASTING MONEY

Bought 2 cars from here both were terrible. Don't go here. They get their cars from auctions and not the good kind. I had to put over $1000 in parts into my last car I bought from them in under the first of 2 years to pay off the car. Not worth it just go somewhere else. And the customer service is horrible too. They are so rude and if you need a part put on, they have NO IDEA what they're doing. They hire inexperienced, unlicensed kids to work on people's cars. I had them put a new valve cover on and it still leaks. Just take my warning and don't go here. ITS NOT WORTH IT!
