I am an ASE certified technician I have been in the business for around 12 years, I have an alternator that was purchased from them that tests bad on the vehicle and good on their bench test the guy working the counter was extremely rude and offered nothing, and as I was walking out of the store he continued to raise his voice and was just shy of shouting at me as I was trying to leave, I told him that I would be bringing the alternator back because it was absolutely defective and he told me that they would not help me if I did because I would have sabotaged the alternator in order to get a return on a lifetime warranty part. Not sure the guys name but I’ll will not step foot back into this parts store with this guy working there period.
Went there to get a car wash. They donated water to the girls cheer team fundraiser. Very nice. Store was nice and would definitely go there when I need parts.
I was in my semi with a trailer, and in need of some mini fuses, which the truck stop I was at didn't carry. I called and asked for a delivery of a pack of fuses, with in 10 minutes, I had exactly what I needed in my hand. Very respectful ppl, and for them to deliver a $5.29 pack of fuses showed me that they care about customer service. And as I over the road driver I can tell you many places now days don't. Thank you
People were not very mechanically inclined so they were of no help what so ever. I didnt get the part I needed. But they were nice and quick about it. Just had no idea what they were doing
Pleasant knowledgeable associates working the counter. The associate was very helpful when I needed to buy a battery for my truck. I was given several options to choose from and given the price and warranty options for each. Upon making my selection the associate completed my purchase then went outside and installed my new battery, no question asked and free of charge. I have never used their installation services before, so this was new for me. I am very thankful for this associates help, he made my transaction outstanding. Anytime you need something for your car and need a little help with installation Advance Auto Parts is a great place to get just the help you need!!
Always a good experience the people that work there are already nice and helpful and even if they're is a few people in the store is usually a quick trip in and out
Advance Auto Parts is a pretty decent place to go for your auto parts. The staff are knowledgeable and know what they have and where it it. If it's not on the shelf then they can usually order it and have it in a day or two. If not I usually look on amazon before paying shipping because Amazon is faster for parts that are special order.
Awesome service! I've never gotten a wrong part. They've always ordered parts that didn't have in stock and I've always gotten my order within a couple days.
