Bad service, didn't complete a work order properly, I got stuck with a broken blower. I'm unsure if he actually did anything to the device since it was covered in dust and looked as if it hadn't been touched. The fuel line was also disconnected even though he said it was tested.
Had my mower back in a reasonable time considering he had to order parts. Very nice and explained everything to me what he fixed. I appreciate that he has pick up service because I don’t have a trailer. Also a bonus he’s the only person within 100 miles that even works on Greenworks tractors from me. Thanks Lonnie!
Ha, took an old snapper to this guy when he first opened. Charged me 300.00 dollars to overhaul engine. When he delivered it to me I noticed it was leaking oil from under the engine so badly that it had to refilled before i could finish mowing my small yard. When I called and explained this he said (sounds like a baseplate leak to me)! Went on to say he would be happy to fix it if i wanted to bring it in some time. HA HA HA!!! I went to his shop to talk to him eye to eye and he said while looking me in the eye (well, the base plate gasket is not included in an overhaul so i would have to charge you all over because of that reason). This was after it was made clear that i knew it was leaking the moment I started mowing same day he delivered it. Then he said (well,if you don't want to fix that old motor again I have a brand new one i will sell you for 300.00 dollars.)HA HA HA!!! Have never been inside his shop since. HA I recently returned and frankly it was not the same. Very helpful and very reasonable. You never know when someone might be having a bad day or even worse a misunderstanding occurs. I guess you should never judge someone on one thing.
I don't know what happened to the other folks here, but they've always been fair with me and I've always received quality work from them. It's the only place I take my outdoor stuff to now.
