My tire blew out on a road trip, so we were quite a distance from home and on the side of the highway! I had my two young kids with me so I was stressed. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and the gentleman that loaded up my van was very personable and let my son "help" get the van loaded up. So that put some fun in a bad situation. He knew exactly where to take us to get the tires fixed and everything went smoothly.
Had a flat tire while traveling to Louisville KY. Called Jennings towing and they were busy so told us to call Holbrook towing. In just a few minutes Mike showed up and what was next was amazing to someone who was from out of town and new no one. Mike went above and beyond his service. He was God's blessing to us that day and will never be forgotten. Would give them a call for whatever you need traveling through or a citizen of their area.
Absolutely amazing and quick service! Even though they had a few people in front of me they still got all the way to Lexington within a few hours and were very communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

I got a car with flat tire and it’s battery was out. Even my insurance company can not find a provider on Saturday to help me toll it. Called him( sorry did not catch the name) for help and luckily he is pretty close and willing to toll it. Get me to the repair place safe and quick. With a very reasonable charge. Thank you!

Our friends truck was broken down and we needed to get it to a mechanic shop in Frankfort. I cannot remember the mans names who owns and operates Holbrook but he answered when we called, showed up when he said he’d be there, towed us to Goodyear, then after finding out the truck needed a transmission, he offered to tow the truck to his personal lot so we could disconnect the driveshafts for it to be pulled home. Very nice guy and generous of him to allow us to work on the truck and keep it at his shop till the next day.
Mr Penn came out to tow a friend’s vehicle within 30 minutes, was courteous and worked swiftly and safely to load and transport the vehicle to a local repair facility. Fair pricing. Thank you.
I always call these guys. They come so fast and their prices are really reasonable. I always call them and then get a receipt and then turn it into my insurance because the road side assistance through my insurance company take 2 to 24 hours to get to me. So this is way better if you have the money that is. Sometimes I don't have the extra money so I have to wait.

Would definitely use Holbrook towing again if needed. Mike Penn was very professional and helpful. He towed the vehicle to the dealer and left it in their ovenight drop location locked the car and deposited the keys in the night box. He happened to be close by when I called and total time for arriving and loading the car was probably less than 40 minutes.
I highly recommend Holbrook towing. My car broke down and I called a few places to get quotes and for a 10 minute drive was quoted upwards of $400 and had to jump through hoops just to get a quote. I was instantly quoted when calling Holbrook towing and it was under $100 which was my budget. Once I called back the process of payment was very quick and my car was delivered in record time!
I didn't actually visit as my experience was in a phone call to them. A friend of mine had ran off the road the Friday before the Christmas Sunday and I called Holbrook towing. I called several towing but no luck. While they all basically said the same thing, which was that they would not be towing until Tuesday, Holbrook towing was the least helpful and was the rudest. I will remember that the next time I may need a tow.

I have had Holbrook Towing haul cars for my garage and my personal vehicles for 10 years. In ten years I have never had anything at all to complain about. They arrive when they say they will, haul whatever I ask, and make sure it arrives safely and undamaged. They are the only wrecker service I use or recommend.
Called before 6p.m. They were competitive in charges. Asked if I could call back to make arrangements bc the car keys were with us and the car was in a separate location. They never answered the phone.... Beginning 10 minutes after the initial call.
Normally they are pretty fast but the past several times I've called to get a vehicle towed they've told me it would be 3 to 4 hours and once said they had no one to do it.
No two ways about it: These guys are the BEST! Personable, friendly, and they have rates that will rival anybody's. I called and they were here within 10 minutes. If you ever need towing assistance, these are the people to call. Excellent service and I will tell other people about them.

Charge my daughter 200.00 for a 8 mile tow. Because a dirty cop pulled her over in front of her driveway. The impound fee was only 35.00. How can you do this to a struggling single mother. Expecting new baby in just a few days all be ause her last name is Lopez and not Smith or Jones.

After trying my service plan and my insurance to get a tow when my car broken down i ended up having to call for a tow myself as i couldn't get service from them. HOLBROOK was there in less then 30 minutes and took care of my car. Friendly and professional.
Called for a tow and he said he cant come til 8 am because he has to sleep. Lol thats after i told him i needed to be towed 1 mile away. He then said see if she can find someone else. Terrible customer service. Would love to hear from a manager about policies and procedures.
