This location has employees that steal personal belongings from people’s vehicles after accidents. Management refuses to take action and return the stolen items or reimburse for their value.
The worst experience! I would never use them again! They signed the original title wrong. Had me pay $60 for a duplicate back in December & I'm still waiting 8 months later. The communication is poor & it's very unorganized company. Zero stars for me

People were very nice and professional, I spent 2 hours there because computer was down. We were told we could leave and then come back, we decided to wait thinking would be soon. Ended up going home.
They picked up my junk vehicle, I signed the title over to them and got a check. But they DID NOT transfer my title. It was still in my name almost a year later. I had to spend the money, time and effort to junk the title myself. The towing/junkyard company Copart/KASP didn’t have a single record of the transaction. They were NO HELP. Be very cautious when dealing with them and get a receipt for everything.
I am extremely shocked by the behavior and rude tone provided by the representative named Wendy. The behavior and service she provided was nothing like I have ever experienced before with any customer experience provided by a company.
I believe her attitude and the manner in which she handles and speaks to customers is completely inappropriate and she is unfit for a position of this manner. I spoke to 3 different representatives all from the same facility “Cindy, Ashley, Alicia” and all were very cordial.
I am not sure how she is qualified for such a position when the main purpose is to provide customer service, she treated me as if I wasn’t doing any business with Copart, as if I was a nuisance in her life. She even acknowledged she is upset because I’m calling for the second time because I was just trying to get some insight to my situation.
Definitely will be avoiding this lot specifically due to this rep.

The older receptionist is unpleasant and unfriendly. The tow truck driver took some sentimental items from the car and refused to give it back (insurance told us that the car was supposed to go to caliber collision and they took it to the junkyard instead). Owner covers up for his slimy employees. And on top of that we can’t even buy the car back without a broker.. if you love terrible customer service and employees who have no moral compass, are thieves, and their hearts match their faces (ugly) then I would recommend this place. Everyone who works here and covers up for one another’s mistakes and wrong doings should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and this places needs to be shut down
I bought a van off of Copart a single move with 3 boys and the car that I bought said drive and move. I got the van inspected and the transmission was gone before they sold it me the car registered and insured. It wasted $5000 on it with no phone call no payback no nothing don’t ever buy a car from them.
Got there early ...but still had to wait to be loaded over an hour over my appointment time.. I ask a worker for service but got none other then I ll have to wait for all the workers to get back from lunch... thats poor management don't send everyone on lunch at the same time if so don't allow appointment for that time period....hello mcfly
Worst experience ever. They have no concern for the working man. They did not come to pick up my car when scheduled. It was days later when they showed up. Every process with them has been VERY slow! I have had conference calls with them and my insurance company and the insurance rep could not get anything done with them either. My cars totaled, they have had my title going weeks now and still nothing is complete. Awful!
Hope to never have to use this company again!! They were friendly when picking up and returning our truck, but they picked our truck up because it was flooded on the passenger side and we bought it back off the insurance company and when they brought it back they had drilled holes in all 4 of the floor boards and took the original dodge floor mats out of the truck and didn’t return them, when calling them and asking them about the holes and floor mats, they said no one done it there, but it was done from the time it left our home and when it was returned!!!
Pitiful! Took them two weeks to pick my truck up after it was wrecked to assess the damages (which they did not fully do). Managed to lose the license plate and beat up the driver's side mirror. I have pictures that I sent them and they say they also have pictures ( which I haven't seen). Says they're not liable for the damages. Terrible way to do business.
If you need more than a stripped long block, don't have a core, or need the trans with the engine it's the best way to go. Also if you want basic cheap transportation and don't mind scratch or dent, right here.
I've had drivers deal with quite a few different Copart facilities, but the complaints that they told me about this Copart are inexcusable! Although, they did receive the vehicles, the management and employees at this facility are NOT on the same page. Drivers informed me they were delayed for a whole day, because either the lift driver didn't want to do their job. And, or.. the office didn't want to release the vehicles. Either way, Copart has cost me money on both ends. Paying drivers to stay overnight.. AND.. not being able to meet delivery times as promised to customers. (Per my drivers, the young lift driver needs to be replaced/ fired.. he didn't show for work on Friday morning after he was lazy on Thursday evening when he did NOT want to get the vehicles) The young lift driver has excuses and is lazy. He had more than enough time to get the vehicles for my company's driver. Either way these actions are inexcusable for business!!!
Keep your eyes open. GPS is set to different place. Everything else is ok. Except one thing. They pretend restroom is out of order. Considering there is far from everything and I was coming from Chicago it kind of sucks. ... so now You should pretend you fixed the problem. :)
Unfortunate place to have to visit for a car guy to view a wrecked and totalled car. Staff is very friendly and helpful, explained what was needed, and helpful. My only complaint would be the way they move cars around and that's just me being picky as a car guy and engineer.
The worst copart I've ever been to, terrible service they always have a new Excuse as to why they can't let me on the lot. Saying corporate rules we have to listen to what they say... the other copart 20 miles away has never heard of any of these so called "new rules and regulation"
It's an insurance totaled car processor, which is no surprise. However, a absolutely the best staff of any of the many parts/auction facilities I have ever been too.
These idiots picked up a car with their forklift that wasn't even totaled, caused damage to the underside of the vehicle and bent suspension linkage. Stop picking up perfectly good cars with your forklift guys.
Terrible customer service. I walked in and for 2 or 3 minutes they ignored me and talked among themselves. Too relaxed, eating popcorn. Don't care about customers
They were supposed to pick my car up for a total loss inspection for 3 days. Car still sitting in the driveway. Supposed to pick it up tomorrow. I'm not too hopeful at this point. If you deal with their collision/total loss inspection express don't expect any quick results.
