My mom was in a wreck. She was by herself. Winters was so nice to her. He was very professional. The next day, I went to the lot to retrieve her belongings. The girl that took my information was lovely and the man who took me to the car was very nice and funny. I’m sorry I didn’t get those two names. I hope we don’t have to have a wrecked car towed again, but if so, we will use this company!!
Robert’s did a great job of towing my car through much ice and snow to Costco’s tire center. I didn’t catch the name of the driver, but he was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Robert’s Towing.
Joshua was fantastic! He helped me when I was stuck in ice and snow and worked incredibly hard to get me safely out. He did a phenomenal job ensuring my vehicle was transported to its destination in perfect condition. He also went above and beyond by clearing the path and not just for his truck, but for all vehicles in the area. Even when people in the neighborhood were standing around and surrounding and asking questions while he shoveled ice to make the area safe, he maintained complete professionalism and stayed focused on the task. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend Joshua. He is dedicated, professional, and will see the job through to the very end.
Had to visit roberts on Wed Jan 28th to recover freight from one of our trucks that jack knife in the winter storm every one that was there was very helpful nice and gave lots of respect. Very good people. I want to take the time out to specially thank Ed Hensley Dylan Galvin and Avery Crabtree for staying with me all night and make a successful delivery with no issues today. Will love to work one on one with this team in the future.
Hey so I talked with Jordan from Robert towing and he’s the best. He’s big on communication so if you have any questions concerns or extra time he’s your man. Very respectful and understanding in his line of work and you don’t get that often. Highly recommend talking with Jordan from Robert towing for any and everything. Hate I got on their towing hit list but I’m glad I did because Jordan has been very gracious and understanding with me and the situation at hand.

Staff were incredibly rude when I asked valid questions about my car and why it was towed. They made me go all the way home and get my UK ID because apparently a real ID isn’t enough. They could not give me a reason why. There was also no urgency from staff during the whole process. If you get your car towed here, they do not care about you at all and just want your money.
We use this towing company regularly for our property, and Jordan is always incredible to work with. Every time I call, he responds quickly, arrives fast, and handles everything with professionalism and ease. Reliable, efficient, and consistently helpful. Highly recommend!

Have been using Robert’s towing for our UK campus apartment parking lots for several years now. It’s interesting to see the level of care, organization and honesty they have when helping make sure our residents have spots available as from the outside it’s very easy to view towing companies in a negative light.
Jordan Woods is the towing manager and he has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Matt Baker, one of the drivers, has also been great to work with.
I would highly recommend Robert’s Towing. Towing is a must for us due to our location on UK campus in order to insure our residents have somewhere to park when they arrive home, and it’s very refreshing to have someone we can rely on and trust to make that happen !
Highly recommend Robert’s for towing. I needed my very sentimental old car towed and scheduled with Robert’s to take it to mechanic. Jordan set everything up for me and sent me the invoice which was very easy to pay. He also made sure they were on time and put all my worries at ease. In my experience, rarely is anyone ever happy about interacting with a tow company. Usually the circumstances aren’t ideal. What goes unnoticed is the behind the scenes work they do to keep companies operating smoothly. Jordan and his team at Robert’s Heavy Duty Towing go above and beyond for the businesses they serve. They monitor lots to ensure residents of apartment communities can park close to their building, and ensure patrons have easy access to businesses. They help deter crime, and are often the first to report unwanted activity. They remove damaged cars to ensure businesses look nice. They are also an invaluable resource in completing capital projects like parking lot paving by moving vehicles quickly so the work can be completed without disruption. Jordan has been fantastic to work with. He is communicative, responsive, and genuinely cares about enforcing policies fairly. In the rare case there is ever a mixup, Jordan is quick to resolve it with professionalism and understanding.
Avery drove me to the repair shop. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and safe, as well as my vehicle. Avery was very helpful to having a swift drop off. He is a great employee to have at Roberts!
Couldn't be happier with the service and how prompt their actions were! Michelle and Jordan were INCREDIBLE! They were so nice and helpful! Most places, 1 phone call takes 30 minutes and they're rude; not here. I called them and Michelle had Jordan call me back, literally, 90 seconds later. 10 stars if possible
I've never been stranded on the interstate before, but I was recommended this company and I'm very impressed! Both ladies I worked with over the phone were very kind and professional, and kept us updated on delays with receiving a driver due to various other calls (Friday nights can get busy I imagine!). I also believe the price was fair considering the flexibility they were able to offer us in towing my car 1.5 hours south back to me (and a 3 hour round trip for the driver). I appreciated the service and while I hope I never need to use them again, I most definitely will if I ever need to!
I called Roberts after my suv just stopped unexpectedly. The customer service was professional and service was amazing. My wait time was less than 15 minutes. He transported my vehicle to the shop, filled out the paperwork and dropped the information in the dropbox along with my keys. He then called me and assured me that my car was secured at the location that I asked. While having your vehicle stop unexpectedly is stressful, Robert's made it less stressful with their service.
Robert's Towing was great to work with! Ernie, in the office, and their driver Jarrod, were both exceptional at their jobs: Ernie's patience and humor dealing with my constant rescheduling was saint-like, and Jarrod's expertise operating their heavy truck was very impressive. I highly recommend them for any service they can provide for you.
Brandon was terrific! My keys were locked in my car and he came prepared and got my car unlocked in a minute flat. After my car was up on the truck I rode with him to our destination and he was very kind. He showed me where I could find the spare tire in my car and what all the tools that came with it were used for. Fast, affordable, and excellent service. 5 stars for Brandon

Would not recommend. My car was towed there after an accident. It was stolen from their lot then wrecked through their gate and taken on a drive by the thief. Ultimately, it was recovered but it was wrecked and totaled while stolen. I had to go back to the car and get my belongings between the time of my accident and before the theft. The office staff were nice, but the lot worker was really unhelpful. I had an entire trunk load of things I needed to put in my rental car, and they refused to let me bring the rental to the car. I offered to let them ride with me, and they still refused. I had to load my items in their suv and transport to my rental. The issue there was the vehicle was extremely dirty and dusty. It looked like it had been sitting in a gravel pit for years. I was so dirty on my black pants, I had to go home and change before I could go on with my afternoon. My items all had to be dusted off before I could put in the rental. After the theft, they refuse to give me their insurance information or police report number and have been completely uncooperative with my insurance company. Ky Farm Bureau has been a champ for dealing with them. I can not get the owner/manager to come to the phone. If he sees this, please reach out if that’s not your intention. They leave the keys in the vehicle on their lot. That seems very unsafe even behind a gate. They are a very expensive storage lot and they are not delivering service that matches their price. I would’ve expected them to keep my vehicle safe and secure. It was there for accident storage, not some other kind of police impound. I’d give them zero stars if it was an option. Their negligence has cost me a lot of money. Even with a total loss deemed by my insurance, my down payment and added upgrades are lost.
