Really happy with my experience. I always am. One of my best friends used to be a manager at an O'Reilly's in NC. It became a second home for me. Now that I'm in KY I'm no longer hanging out in the parking lot working on my car hanging out with my best friend but I still get excellent service. That part has not changed. I won't shop anywhere else.

All I wanted was a battery for my HD been jacked around all day..made one call to Jacob and he got me the right part very good customer service

The girl that was working there was smoking in the building. The stock on the shelves was unorganized. It was not straight. Stuff not hung up. The employees was not professional at all.

Gave me the wrong break pads! Store was dirty! Some of the staff were in their own world eating lunch while another staff member talked to what appeared to be a friend and when asked for help he said 'I'm not on the clock for 5 more minutes'.. Small towns

I went here last night and I honestly don't think I've ever had a better experience in a store of any kind. Justin (the assistant manager) is an awesome person! I went there thinking that I had a bad battery (hoping that it wasn't the alternator). He checked out my battery and my alternator and both showed good. We are leaving today for a camping trip and I needed to make sure that we didn't get stranded somewhere because the truck wouldn't start. Justin gave me a great deal on a new battery and installed it for me there in the parking lot. The whole time that I was there, we talked like old friends. He is a great dude, and this is a great company. I have preferred O'Reilly over the competition since they first came to the Richmond, KY area, but after my experience last night I will always go to O'Reilly first before I try anywhere else. Thank You Justin for your help and keep doing what you're doing.

Lazy bunch of people. Will try to sell you everything except what you told them you need and will do anything to get out of doing their job.

I prefer them over all other auto parts stores. I have gone to their competitors before, been told something was a dealer part only, then found it in stock at O'Reilly. Their prices usually beat all the competition

Helpful clean but slow waiting time 5,10 mins back up most of their parts

The irvine ky store is great.but orileys website sucks. Been 40 minutes trying to get price on battery still no price. Guess I'll order one from advanced online store.its a lot more user friendly
