If I could leave 10 stars I would! Mitch and his wife brought 2 rollbacks to get us loaded up and hauled back to their shop w/out causing anymore damage to our truck n trailer. Mitch and the guys went the extra distance found the part for the truck, fixed it, and got us back on the road. The Allen’s are the type of people you want to pull up when you’re stranded 8 hours from home. Thank you so much from your friends in Michigan.

We were stranded in the middle of nowhere on Hal Rogers on a Saturday around 4 PM with barely one bar of service. Allen answered immediately — no waiting, no hesitation. He arrived within 30 minutes, towed our car, gave us a ride to his shop, and welcomed us to wait there until our ride could come. His kindness and genuine care turned an incredibly stressful situation into one we’ll never forget — for all the right reasons. And he’s even taking our car to the repair shop for us Monday morning. Allen went above and beyond, not just as a professional, but as a person. We’re so grateful, and we can’t recommend Allen’s Towing highly enough. If you ever need help, this is who you want on your side.

Needed a tow to a garage for repair. The driver arrived promptly and backed into my driveway like a pro - I'm still stunned at his skill as my driveway is not an easy access. However, this guy backed in with a tow truck like it was nothing. Excellent service.
These folks recovered my 2020 Silverado 2500HD after a rollover accident that miraculously left me mostly unharmed. Their professionalism and kindness after the fact was amazing. I’m not from the area so I don’t think I’ll ever need their services again but if you do and you need a tow I highly recommend you give these guys a call!!

Great family owned company to work with. I needed a rotator to lift a 40’ container off a trailer and put into place on the ground. Morgan was very polite and helpful. I let her know I needed this the following morning and she had Tyler the driver call me right away. Tyler was very professional and helpful and despite being swamped got me in and was able to unload the equipment flawlessly and on time. I would highly recommend working with them.
Amazing prompt customer service and hospitality. Their guy showed up in less than an hour and quickly had us loaded and en route back to Manchester. The owner was extremely friendly and even went as far as offering me and my wife a place in his lot to diagnose and repair my vehicle as well as offering bite to eat. 10/10 would recommend and use again!
My car broke down and they came out in the middle of the night and gave me a tow. Very fast service and realiable!! And best prices around for a tow. Would definitely recommend!!!!
