Got a flat and Rocky was there within 30 mins, was super helpful, and just a good, kind guy! He had restaurant recommendations, helped us find a hotel, and dropped the car off at the tire shop. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a tow. Rocky definitely made the review 5 stars!
The lady that works impounds acts like she’s LORD of the salvage lot. I only serve ONE king! She needs to learn how to speak to customers. The owner seems like a stand up guy, so I gave 3 stars. If it wasn’t for the impound lady, I would have given 5 stars.
I am giving this review having not used this company but if I need a tow I wi for sure be calling. Today was the last day of school and to see this tow truck in the school line with a family in it having the best time of their lives makes me want to use them! They probably didn't notice us but we had our windows down jamming with them from across the car line. What a wonderful family experience it says a lot without having to be used! Keep up the great work and thanks for the free laughs and singing with my kids this morning!
Company did great work very proud of them but definitely don’t wanna be around this guy he had some very inappropriate things to say to certain people on the internet without mentioning anything bad on here if you break down and he shows up just walk (James)
I can't say enough amazing things about Merciful Towing! My car had been in a snowy ditch for 5 days and all the other towing companies cancelled due to show. Merciful Towing showed up right on time on Wednesday and they were able to pull my car sideways out of a ditch without hurting my car. I was so certain it was going to roll over and they didn't let that happen! Rocky and his teammate were super helpful with calming me down and being friendly. They even gave me a ride back. I can't say enough amazing things about these guys. Thank you! 5 Stars!
Rocky was my driver, and clearly talked me though the unique tools Merciful uses to secure my truck safely without damage to my chassis. His truck was also immaculately clean and had pleasant conversation on the way to the shop.
This company is very helpful. From calling their 24/7 dispatch center to getting a heavy duty wrecker to retrieve my semi. Michael came to my rescue within 30 minutes. His heavy duty wrecker was top notch and clean. He quickly connected to my semi and ensured my truck was well taken care of. From connecting lights and air to dropping my driveshaft. I would recommend Merciful towing to anyone who is need. They are well priced and again quick to the rescue.

Brittany showed up way earlier than the time that was given. She had her tools ready to run tests. Once ran she immediately told me the problem. I needed a new battery and she had one on the van I could buy. She immediately replaced the battery and I was good to go in less than 30 minutes! She did amazing! I highly recommend her.

Out of all the tows I have had this year alone , and 4 in just one week. This company is the best . Dalton. E.. was the tow driver who came to tow me. He is the best , he took a look at the car and traced my wiring to find the short that was blowing my fuses . He fixed it,, how amazing was that. He went beyond and above of just giving me a tow. He fixed it and got it running to where I could drive it home. Instead of just towing it and be gone. No that man was of the best tow Drivers . So people if you need a tow call Merciful and ask for Dalton or any of the tow Drivers they are all great and best .
The manager was very friendly. He kept me laughing as I cleaned out my crashed car (hard moment for me). The gentleman that towed my car was very professional and quick but safe.
Next time I encounter this company hopefully it’s just a flat tire. I highly recommend Merciful Towing!!!

The woman on the phone was extremely sweet and helpful. Shawn, who picked us up and towed our truck, was amazing !! He suggested a way to possibly fix our problem and it ended up working, so he saved us time and money! He was very kind and helpful. This was all on Christmas Eve as well! Highly recommend this place if you ever need a tow!!!!
Tyler was the best! First tow truck that’s ever gotten to me on time, extremely reliable. Very friendly and personable, yet still very professional. He was very knowledgeable and got the job done very quickly. Communication was great, I don’t have enough good things to say about this experience. Also very affordable! We had a blowout tire right off of the interstate. Joseph was the one to pick us up and he was the best! Great service and super nice. Took around 20ish minutes to get to us after he got the call. A real lifesaver too since it was at night the day before Labor Day! So so grateful.
