I was stuck in a difficult position in Cadiz and I thought it would be impossible without damage to my truck or right rear tire. So I called Riddles. Very friendly and helpful operators. They sent links to my phone and I easily paid by credit card. They are very busy so I did not mind the wait which was not too long. A knowledgeable man named Steve out. I expressed my concern about the possible damage and he told me not to worry. He explained how the truck would behave when he started to winch it out and nothing would be damaged. He certainly understands the physics of towing, because it went exactly as he said it would and I was back on the road! I am very pleased with this company and their employees.

Anthony is an Angel sent from the heavens. On Saturday, November 15, 2025, I was traveling alone from Tennessee to Kansas City, Kansas on a beautiful day. I rounded a curve on the highway with several other cars. I hit a pothole that was steep, sharp and large. I had an instant flat tire, along with others that hit the same pothole. Triple AAA was contacted, and Anthony showed up. He was a human being that was kind, caring and understood I was scared. He had been speaking with my husband in Tennessee every step of the way. He made sure that I was safe, got to the Walmart in Oak Grove where he went in and spoke to the automotive staff and assured me that everything would be alright. He is a trustworthy, honest, and caring. We need a world full of Anthony’s. I will never forget him or my experience. Thank you Anthony! We will always remember your amazing service and support!

I want to know how a company granting cheaper prices can afford a great team!!! Fast, reliable, smiling faces, and GREAT communication. We had called other tow companies who had left us waiting without proper service, so I decided to call riddles and I didn’t even know who they were! I’m glad I took a chance! They got here within 5 minutes! Literally! Price was 20 bucks cheaper than other tow companies. Just amazing service overall and I highly recommend.
Car wouldn’t start so needed a tow to the dealership. Anthony was able to help me out and was even able to switch the destination last minute.
