totaled out my car due to a hit and run at 3 am and this company ended up being the one to tow our car. this place is a joke refused to tow it to our home not even 15 minutes away and then refused to let us get out any of belongings nor mine/my spouses equipment. we were told we could come to the lot and get it, later that same day we called to make sure we had the right place *we did have the correct place* immediately we were met with a very hateful woman who answered the phone saying we were not allowed to come get any of our property without paying almost 600. if you are army or just happen to be needing a tow DO NOT GO HERE. you’ll end up more screwed calling them then anywhere else.
I had a very scary experience today coming home from UT Martin, where my truck broke down at the very end of an exit ramp coming into oak grove near ft. Campbell Blvd. I got out of my truck and ended up being locked out and stuck. Oak Grove PD came out and contacted Keith’s Towing to help with the lockout and potentially a tow. Matt was the mechanic/operator, and I have to say the service I received was absolutely impeccable. He spoke in level terms of what was going on with the truck with me, was incredibly kind, and even kept an eye on the truck for me once we got to a safer location so I could run in and calm down for a moment and get straightened up. Pricing for the service was awesome. If I need assistance in the future, I will absolutely utilize this company!
Called them to help move my RV from the dealership due to my truck being in shop. Matthew was really nice and though where we needed it was a tight fit, he didn't back down and got it where I needed it perfectly!
Bad customer service experience with Keith . They say one thing and do another, not reliable in regards to the auction process. I had a very shady experience. Not hospitable at all and very rude! In the end of the day if you would have disclosed the car was reserved which you didn’t twice , then I wouldn’t even have wasted my time or yours. Not trying to ruin your reputation or anything just wished you had been very detailed which you weren’t .You specifically told me and my mother that the dodge journeys were reserved. You told me other vehicles to not choose from . I called you also prior to the auction about the cars, and you yet again never disclosed the cars I mentioned were reserved. Which is not effective communication. Then even after the auction we still were trying to purchase the vehicle . You just at the last minute stated you wanted $1800. It is what it is. Thank you anyways.

Keith is the best mechanic around, I was having issues with my Jeep and the dealership was creating problems and not solving them. Keith had my vehicle for 1 day and fixes the issue for a really fair price. You cannot go wrong with this company.
Andrew and Keith’s towing were efficient and amazing. Everything went smooth from the time I called; to the time that they said they were on their way. Got the truck picked up and brought it home and off loaded it smoothly into the drive way. Thank you again for all your amazing work and the only company I will use as far as being towed home.

They were there when it was needed. They charged me a fair price and when Mikes Towing didn’t want to come out to me after saying they will be right out, it took Keith’s about 15 minutes after the call to get a text saying they will be on their way. Second time they’ve done. Thanks for the tow. I’d recommend them to anyone. The are friendly with the customers and show they care. 5 star review. Don’t think it could been any better out of the worse!!

Had my jeep zj towed to the house by Matt. Matt had called me 3 minutes after getting off of the phone with insurance and was at my vehicle within 5 minutes. Tow truck was a 4th gen ram laramie edition which was a plus! Overall extremely satisfied with the service provided and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional tow.

Andrew was professional and polite. He went above and beyond and the service was fast. Prices are reasonable. Also the lady who answered my boyfriends call to get us a truck sent out was very nice and friendly as well.
Very seldom do I leave a review on most places but Keith’s towing really saved my day. I was on the side of the interstate and had been driving for almost 4 hours when one of my rear tires blew out. I used my roadside assistance to call and get my spare put on and to my surprise they had arrived in about 15 minutes with updates as to where they were at. I’m very pleased with their quick services and I will recommend them to everyone in the area
Hands down the best experience I've had! Arrived at my truck before I did, but didn't mind at all that i was still on my way to bring him the keys. Super friendly, easy to talk to, got the job done in a timely manner, and talked with me during the whole process instead of us working in awkward silence. He even know of some mechanics that may be able to help me get my truck back on the road again. I don't have a single thing negative to say about this company. They only charged $115 when other companies were quoting me anywhere from $150 to $175.
The guys were great. They were knowledgeable about my car and how it needed to be hooked so that no damage was done. They know the area and exactly where they were taking it. Best service ever from a tow company. Loved being able to talk to everyone from dispatch to driver like they were friends and family. Excellent service from Keith's Towing. I requested roadside assistance through USAA and within a couple minutes received a phone call from these guys. The tow truck driver said she'd arrive within about 10 minutes and did. Very professional and courteous, and was careful about how my car was loaded, which was done smoothly and quickly. After the car was dropped off I received a text message notification, including a picture of the completed key envelope. Would definitely recommend.
